Jeff and Tim were amazing and as always great to work with! They communicate well and are ready to tackle any challenges. The only thing that could have worked better from the Azer perspective was schedule the new equipment delivery for prior to the install dates because that delayed us being able to start the install for two days. That way if there are any delays it doesn't waste time for the techs waiting for the delivery to occur. I know there was a time crunch around this project so possibly there wasn't enough time to get the equipment scheduled to deliver sooner.

We had a last-minute issue with missing essential products, and Melissa was incredibly helpful from the first call. The whole team from Azer Scientific worked quickly to arrange the products, which allowed us to complete our work on time. Great service and support when it mattered the most!

Odd to have to confirm email to place an order was told it was due to fake orders etc.. but if this was an urgent request what then, seems to be doing yourself out of business rather than encouraging!

Spoke with Melissa. As a professional Purchaser, I deal with a lot of companies. Most are going to ridiculous automated recordings that have dozens of options and half a dozen levels to each option. I was able to reach Melissa promptly with a quick and easy purchase. And guess what? She made it QUICK & EASY. THAT is what used to be called Customer Service...where the Customer was first and automation was secondary.

This order has taken weeks. I needed this order for an educational lab exercise, which I've now postponed to 2 week. If I had known it would take this long, I would have just ordered from Amazon!

UPDATE: Azer saw this review and reached out to fix things. Good customer service. Changed from 1 star to 4 star.
