Ive been to Adrian numerous times now and he has really helped me managed my lower back pain. With a combination of different treatments and home exercises, I have been able to better manage my issue and focus on my recovery. Adrian is thorough during the appointment time and really knowledgeable when answering any questions I have. Couldn’t recommend him enough! Thank you so much!

Adrian is the absolute best- he does so much in one session: chiropractic work, acupuncture, laser, exercise, massage..! Honestly the best and LOVE that the clinic is dog friendly. All my pooches love visiting him, he always had Snackies ready for them ❤️

Adrian has provided me with consistent, effective support for several years. I first began seeing him in 2019 after a severe pain flare-up and a range of complications that left me immobilised and facing multiple surgeries. Throughout this period, Adrian adapted his approach to meet my changing needs and supported me through every stage of recovery. In just three months, I went from barely being able to walk to swimming again and exercising regularly to aid my rehabilitation.
It has taken ongoing, dedicated support from Adrian over the years to get me to where I am today, and I am endlessly grateful. I saw Adrian last year with a trapped nerve in the shoulder. He had completely fixed the problem within a couple of sessions, ill now be going back a couple of times a year (most recently last week in his new practice) purely to have my back adjusted and as I trust his technique and skill completely.

I’ve inherited a curvature of the spine. I’ve been seeing Adrian to try to prevent it worsening. He has given me exercises that really work to strengthen my lower back muscles and keep me flexible. Adrian is very knowledgeable and experienced, he also manages to keep our session fun with conversation. Highly recommended.

I’ve been suffering with tension headaches for the last year after injuring my neck at the gym. As the headaches would come and go, I never took action to get it sorted (and in all honesty, I wasn’t sure it could be fixed).
Having never been to an osteopath before, I had my doubts about whether a holistic approach could work. I’m a little anxious when it comes to health, so I was naturally nervous about the unknown.

Adrian made me feel at ease right away. After telling him my symptoms, he reassured me that he’s dealt with this issue many times before, and gave me a clear plan of how the first few sessions would look.

I can honestly say after the 1st session, I enjoyed a week of no headaches. It’s now 3 weeks and as many sessions later, and I haven’t had one headache. I’m so grateful to Adrian as without his help, this would still be affecting my everyday life.

You could immediately tell Adrian knows what he is doing. He has a thorough and precise diagnosis and works on the issue asap. I went to him because of knee issues, possibly caused by gym weight lifting.
