Great materials and customer service

Ok sometimes you go to a store you meet the Sales Clerk you ask them something they look at you
as if they don't want to do there
Job some people are in the wrong line of work they suppose to be polite and helpful come on guys be nice

I was seeking worksheets, templates, job-aids and guides for me to use as an Administrator/Leader. The content was not quite what I was seeking in total. Had SOME of it. I wanted more.

It provided a good foundation for me to be able to taylor the training to fit our organizations needs.

The slides are very simple and lacks content

I liked the overall package materials, but it’s focus in safety risk assessment more then risk management, limited contents compared with the price but editable..

We are a non-profit that has a small training department, 2 people for 500+ employees, so being able to add more than one hundred quality courses without having to create each course internally is a HUGE deal for us! The team at Corporate Training Materials is a pleasure to work with and again, the content is fantastic!

Really poor materials with hardly any meat on any of the slides. Most of your slides are full of questions which are really not meaty.

Document well done

I am really loving the course content despite a bumpy start that was no fault of CTM. In fact, they handled the complication with the utmost urgency and patience. Seth Rozee, who was managing my account, was a phenomenal communicator and I can't recommend him or the business more highly.

I made the initial payment for the soft skills content very late on a Friday evening from South Africa (where I live). I immediately received login details to the CTM download site, but much to my horror there was no content there. Eventually about an hour later as content did show up, the download speeds were soooo slow that it was going to take HOURS / DAYS to download. My initial reaction was that I had been scammed! I was in a complete state as I had paid a substantial amount for the content.

At the time it was also past business hours in Canada but Seth Rozee was beyond helpful, patient and reassuring. He stayed late in the office trying to assist me.

To cut a long story short, after calling in the experts on the Monday morning, who checked EVERYTHING, we worked out that the poor connection was completely out of both of our hands and was a result of severed undersea internet cables which had left many countries in Africa unable to connect with the rest of the world. This meant that the transfer of data was pretty much impossible between the countries. I was told to wait a couple days to see if the connection improved as repairers were working on the fault. All this time Seth, Zack and Maria were helpful and more than understanding, confirming that they would make sure I would get the content some way or another.

After a few days the connection had been restored and I was able to access the content with no trouble.

I share my story in the event that someone else ever finds themself in a similar situation (although Seth did advise that he had been at the company 14 years and had never experienced an issue like this before) but hey, when you live in Africa, anything is possible!

I am loving the course content. It provides a useful and solid foundation to then customise and build local relevance.

The design of the Powerpoint slides are very basic and I have re-created these to be more visually exciting, but they are more than adequate and definitely get the concept across easily.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the content, the service (from Seth) and would highly recommend signing up. You will defn not regret it.

I am also delighted to advise that I have already delivered two courses to clients who absolutely loved it. This was ultimately why I purchased the content, so I am grateful to CTM for helping me add value to my clients.

Clients required content readily available

Easy to use and understand. Was able to setup a payment plan which was great. The content is good and so many titles available. Great product and great service.

It was well designed but the content it does not look sufficient and well explained. it looks like general overview about the topic no clear instructions or explainations

The materials are easy to use and tailor. Definitely recommend them as a starter pack for any training team.
