They did not save me any money, but on the plus side the staff were always courteous and considerate. Special mention to James Mellish - very helpful.

Corporate Commercial Surveyors has been handling my Business Rates adjustment claim since 2024. The case is still pending and being worked on by the team so I can’t yet speak fully to the outcome or recommend the company with conviction, but I can say that my dealings thus far with CCS, have been professional. The case handlers demonstrated themselves to be knowledgable and able to explain patiently and concisely the status of my case during the lengthy process where there can be months at a time with no news or visible progress. Where there was a disagreement in the handling of my case, the issue was resolved confidently and with empathy, and an agreeable resolution was reached in a timely manner (thanks particularly to member of the pre-escalation investigation team, James Mellish), which prompted me to write this review. I eagerly anticipate the resolution of my case.

We were skeptical at first when approached about our business rates, but Corporate Commercial Surveyors did a fantastic job. They identified an error in our valuation and handled the entire appeal process with the VOA. We ended up with a substantial refund and lower monthly rates moving forward. Highly recommend their servic.

I was mildly panicking trying to navigate the government portal and upload our information, but Lyndsey on the registration team was brilliant. She listened to my concerns, kept me calm, and guided me step-by-step through the process. The customer care here is exceptional, and they truly understand how confusing this admin side can be for business owners. Excellent company to work with.

Really happy with the service and support I got from Rosie

Having responded to marketing email a meeting and visit was arranged within hours. Promised significant saving, however once the contract was signed we experienced significant issues with communication, delays, and overall service quality, leading to frustration and extended waiting periods. Emails weren't responded to and no savings materialised. The communication only improved once we looked to cancel the contract and payment was due - the irony !!
Can't help thinking this is a somewhat of a scam

Thank you to Corporate Commercial Surveyors, and specifically to Rosie and Charles Grant. Rosie was excellent and very supportive during our initial onboarding. Charles then took over as our caseworker and has been extremely professional, communicative, and helpful from start to finish.

Just wanted to leave a quick review to say thank you to Rosie Morrissey. She was excellent today in helping us set up our VOA account for our business rates review. She made sure everything was filled out accurately, saving us a lot of time. Very quick, professional, and reassuring.
