I was mildly panicking trying to navigate the government portal and upload our information, but Lyndsey on the registration team was brilliant. She listened to my concerns, kept me calm, and guided me step-by-step through the process. From our very first meeting, the team at CCS was highly professional and clear about what to expect. They operate on a simple 'yes you are owed a refund or no you are not' basis, which felt very transparent and reassuring. There was no pressure or hidden jargon. Really happy with the service and support I got from Rosie

Having responded to marketing email a meeting and visit was arranged within hours. Promised significant saving, however once the contract was signed we experienced significant issues with communication, delays, and overall service quality, leading to frustration and extended waiting periods. Emails weren't responded to and no savings materialised. The communication only improved once we looked to cancel the contract and payment was due - the irony !!

Just wanted to leave a quick review to say thank you to Rosie Morrissey. She was excellent today in helping us set up our VOA account for our business rates review. She made sure everything was filled out accurately, saving us a lot of time. Very quick, professional, and reassuring.

Fantastic rate reduction secured We were skeptical at first when approached about our business rates, but Corporate Commercial Surveyors did a fantastic job. They identified an error in our valuation and handled the entire appeal process with the VOA. We ended up with a substantial refund and lower monthly rates moving forward. I was initially a bit skeptical about whether we were actually owed any money back on our business rates, but CCS made the entire process incredibly straightforward. Their team took over everything from start to finish. All we had to do was provide a few initial pieces of information, and they handled the rest with the local authority. The communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates so we were never left wondering what was happening. Highly recommend their services if you want a hassle-free audit.

This company have just had my review removed from Google , maybe i hit a nerve or i told 100% the truth, so i will try again, in my opinion they are now becoming experts at having reviews flagged which deletes them of this site. So what are they afraid off and what don,t they want you to know.
This company are in my opinion are the biggest scammers i have ever come across. They promise you rate reductions which they should not do, as all rate reductions are decided by the VOA. All this company want from you is there FEE and if you don,t pay it they pass your debt onto a debt collecting company and things can then get nasty. Hope you read this review before they try to have it removed. look at all there recent reviews look a bit dodgy to me most given by someone giving there 1st ever google review! Spot the review where someone actually mentions how much this company saved them? Most of the reviews are based on registration they must be asking there customers to put them on because there are just to many, It,s like going to a restaurant and giving a 5* review before you have had your meal.

At the start was informative after payment continually chasing for updates. We engaged in April 2024 whereupon we advised we had a strong case to appeal to VOA with promises of fees plus considerable monies we would get back. Continued to chase with updates and were told going to challenge had several emails confirming were processing and would get more monies at challenge stage than at appeal stage which they were doing this was a year later. Due to their advice to merger my 2 units to get a better valuation I ended up paying an extra 5k to the council which they said I would get back at the end of the challenge stage . Now 2 years later I have been advised that my case is not strong enough to proceed and that they understand I will be disappointed. I am a small family run business who have paid several thousand for no results. They have also requested further monies to challenge 2026 rates ! They are a totally misleading company give false promises at the initial stage to rope you in .

Bunch of crooks who are very convincing at first, do all the surveying take the fee, then do nothing and years later tell you that there is no prospect of any reduction. Don't touch them with a barge pole> Sole director has a history of being involved with other companies being wound up/dissolved
