Apres plusieurs mois, je n'ai toujours pas recu ma commande. Cependant, l'article que j'avais commandé est toujours en vente en ligne. J'ai demandé un remboursement depuis 2 mois, j'ai ecris 3 fois a Corachic. Je n'ai toujours pas ete remboursée. Je ne fais absolument plus confiance a corachic et plus jamais je n'acheterai chez eux.

Disgraceful service. Goods did not arrive, refund promised but not given, then went quiet. Do not use them,

READ THESE REVIEWS AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Like many others, I wish I’d read the reviews of Corachic because they are a scam company. I ordered a pair of boots in November 2021 and still hadn’t received them by the end of December. I contacted customer services and they gave me a tracking number. I waited patiently until mid January, where the tracking information showed they had been delivered. After a number of phone calls to Royal Mail, and checking the tracking number with Corachic, I was informed my boots had been delivered to a different address. Corachic gave me the option of a replacement or refund and I opted for a replacement. I still have no boots and they won’t reply to my emails so I can get a refund and we are 4 months on. They obviously use fake tracking numbers to con you into believing they have dispatched your paid-for item and then ignore you when you want a refund for non delivery of your item. It’s an absolute disgrace that companies are allowed to get away with basically stealing your money!

Don't order from this company they're totally useless. I did and never received the items. I reached out to the customer service and they could not even trace the order.

These people use the website Corachic.com but trade as Innovation Team Ltd. I bought something from Corachic.com on January 6 but after almost seven weeks it was not delivered. The tracking information on their website was not up to date. Their support staff said they had checked and the item had been delivered. I used an independent tracking app and discovered that the item was in fact delivered to the wrong address, 200 kilometres from me. The support staff weren’t prepared to check this out, saying the item had been delivered. I said I was going to lodge a dispute with PayPal - they said they would give me a refund. I replied that I really wanted them to resend the item express post. They ignored this request and said they were going to give me a refund, but it would take up to 10 days to process??? I can understand deliveries from China taking weeks, but why should a refund take 10 days? Naively, I patiently waited and 11 days passed and still no refund. I immediately opened a dispute with PayPay. Corachic.com emailed me and said they could not give me a refund until the dispute was closed. I replied I would not be closing the dispute until the refund was paid. The next day the refund came through. This was on March 5. So, the item was ordered on January 6 and I received my money returned to me on March 5. They held my money for two months. Based on my experience, and the response from Corachic.com, I have no doubt that had I not lodged a dispute with PayPal that I would not have received a refund. I have screenshots and emails of all my dealings with Corachich.com (Innovation Team Ltd)

Hello, let me tell you how to report this scam company
option 1: go to your paypal/credit card account, find this transaction, then submit a dispute

option 2: go to pinterest help center, tell Pinterest that this merchant (Cora chic) is a scam company, then they will be disabled from pinterest. then they will not be able to do scam anymore

or you can do both, wish you luck

WISH I COULD RATE CORACHIC.COM WITH A ZERO! I ordered a pair of boots off of corachic.com and they cost me a roundabout of 40 dollars (including shipping)...
It took FOREVER until I finally got my tracking number... but by the time i got it and went to search for my package... it said it had already been delivered to me!
I NEVER GOT MY BOOTS AND I EMAILED CORACHIC.COM ABOUT THE ISSUE AND NOONE HAS EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME WITH ANY INFORMATION! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING! EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS SITE IT IS A MONEY STEALING NO GOOD WEBSITE! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! I dont understand how people are getting away with creating these false websites and stealing money from people. CORACHIC.COM is the worst.

Don’t advertise garments or items if you can’t deliver what the customer thinks they have ordered!! There is no excuse. You should not be in business.

I've had boots on order since September of 2021. Paid for but never received. Corachic has the same excuse every time-"The boots were delivered to your house on such and such date." Sorry, I was home on that beautiful day working on the edging in the front lawn. The only person in my yard that day was me and the postal worker. This CORACHIC business is a SCAM. An absolute SCAM.
THEY ARE LIARS. They will not respond to any request for information regarding your order. I was finally told that they would reship the order. That has been 10 weeks ago. It had been 5 months an no boots. Time to write a review of my experience and share it with others. Hope it helps.

Do NOT Oder from this site! Never received order and won’t respond to my refund request.
