Ordered a few sets on 6/17 currently trying to get my money back on 7/12 because nothing ever shipped. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM

Where do I start? I ordered an Argentina soccer outfit almost 4 weeks ago hoping it would come before the World Cup ended. I have been checking the status on my order and it still says awaiting shipment. I contacted customer service and they said they will make sure to expedite the shipping and it will be processed the next day. I kept checking every day and still said awaiting shipment. So then I asked for a refund seeing as I wasn’t going to get it before the World Cup ended and I never heard back from them. So now I opened an inquiry with my bank to get refunded. Not to mention when I was on the checkout page, the total amount came to $54. When I checked the amount that was charged to my credit card it was nearly double the amount.Customer support sucks. The warehouse that they ship from has incompetent workers. And I don’t know if this is a scam to be honest. I’ve worked in clothing warehouses before and it doesn’t take four weeks to package and ship an item. But even so, when someone asks for a refund for a package that didn’t even leave the facility they should be allowed to get that refund and not be left on read like a immature teenager would do.

Absolute scam. Not true to size took months to come and ridiculous pricing for absolute garbage. Never ordering from again.

Overpriced for the quality of the clothes. Clothes are on par with Temu quality. Customer service are useless and delivery times are horrendous. Don’t order from here!!!

I ordered from GraphicYou on the 20th of May and didn’t receive my order until the 5th of July. Given that the items were shipped internationally, I found the delivery timeframe reasonable and have no complaints about the shipping speed itself.

Shortly after placing my order, I realised the website appeared to be a dropshipping operation. Unfortunately, there was no clear way to cancel the order or request a refund before it was packed and shipped. I also couldn’t find any contact information on the website to get assistance.

When the clothing finally arrived, it looked quite different from the advertised photos and was much lower quality than expected. I was expecting thick, fleecy sweatpants and comfortable winter clothing, but instead received very thin items that felt more like cheap Temu-quality replicas.

Another frustrating issue was the lack of shipping updates. The order confirmation email included a “Track Order” button, but it didn’t actually work, so I had no way of knowing where my package was or when it would arrive.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this website. Poor communication and the disappointing product quality made this a purchase I regret.

This website claims that it has 4.5 stars here on TrustPilot. It has NONE. It is fake.
