The products I received felt incredibly…
The products I received felt incredibly poor in quality and completely misrepresented. The XL rabbit hutch was a disappointment; the wood was so soft it seemed almost like balsa, and the MDF sections were flimsy and unstable. It sways from side to side and feels unsafe for use. The "2x3m walk-in cage with fox-proof upgrade" was sent with basic chicken wire, not fox-proof mesh as advertised. When I raised the issue, I was told the upgrade wasn’t even available for that model. Additionally, poorly packaged tubes made assembly a frustrating ordeal. Overall, a waste of £400. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

We ordered a chicken coop within 24hours we had to cancel..
The company was very efficient and cancelled our order with a prompt service..no delays in their response and we had a full refund.
This took away the stress we felt having to cancel the order...

Fantastic little coop
Fantastic little coop, I purchased a coop in the sale, for unconventional use to house 2 rescue pigeons , I wanted it safe from rodents and solid construction. I was nervous as after I’d ordered I read some reviews regarding the quality of the wood and complicated instructions , ignore them ! The wood is thick the coop very well made and I put it up alone in an hour , the instructions were easy to follow just trust the process! I’m very happy with my purchase I believe it will last ten times as longer than a cheaper version. Ignore the bad reviews check the size and take your time putting it together and you won’t be disappointed.

I love the look of the hutch
I love the look of the hutch. It is very roomy for my two rabbits, who seem to be very happy in their new home.

Great quality but arrived assembled incorrectly…
The delivery and quality of the product was very good but it was built incorrectly so we had to take the big door off as it was attached where the nesting box should have been. It created a bit of confusion and extra work and meant we had to take off other fixings too.

Easy build lacks quality
Just finished building, it went together easily, but quality and finish is lacking. I paid for additional thicker wire and protective coating, but it’s hard to tell if it has this, I can still see bare wood in areas. The run is held to the house with 4 small screws. Not sure how well this will hold if it is moved around the garden.

EDITED**** The company have emailed me and we are trying to come to a resolution on this product****
Ordered the thumper hutch it took 8 days to arrive, both box's damaged, luckily the hutch wasnt. On paying to have it put together as I'm disabled parts missing. So flimsy and unstable. Will not be recommending this company or buying anything again. The bars on hutch are to far apart allowing rodents (if you have any near by to get in) total waste of nearly £200.

Easy to check out. The courier emailed with updates. They left it in my specified safe place.
The coop is a little smaller than I expected but the build quality is good and it was easy to assemble.

From ordering to delivery
From ordering to delivery , it was smooth and easy process, communication with company was good , delivery fast , (great delivery man , bought the 2 heavy boxes round to the garage for me , I’d have struggled )
I haven’t opened them yet, as I’m not quite ready yet. But will update my review when I do ,
First off ..sort out pen .. clear up mess and lay foundations, get more chickens 🐓

VERY POOR QUALITY & OVERPRICED
Have now seen exactly the same product for £114, we paid £209 and that was with a discount. We received our chicken coop a couple of days ago, went to build it today and we are so disappointed with the quality of this product, it is made from the cheapest, flimsiest wood & wire, the bolts & hinges are dreadful, I would strongly advise NOT TO BUY these products! This product is not fit for purpose & certainly wouldn’t keep chickens safe.

Good design but let down by quality…
Good design but let down by quality control. I’m surprised at how flimsy and poorly constructed it is. The handles are also missing from the pack.
Not value for the money in my opinion.

The service would have been 5 star but the APC delivery let them down as they did not deliver to the correct address and came a day late . when contacting coop they could only apologise and gave the same comment APC did no one in and the delivery had an alterative delivery if no one in ( but i was in)
