The CO-OP store, very helpful staff member
The CO-OP store, next to Borough Green and Wrotham train station, On Saturday morning at 10.55am 30th November, I was greeted and helped, by a young White lady, she was slim with long black hair, unfortunatley I didn't get her name, but she was super helpful and left me with a great customer experience, she is an asset to your company.

If you have the card please check it as the points system isn’t working because you’re not getting the discounts.
The app doesn’t work so it’s in store only but they will tell you to ring them.
Then if you ring up they don’t answer the phone even the website is is broken.
Coop I’m my opinion is so poorly run.
Woolavington Somerset Store.Post Office staffing
Can I suggest that you address the post office staffing situation at your Woolavington , Somerset store. If you can’t find/train enough staff to cover the existing opening hours ( which you obviously can’t as it is now closed more often than open) you actually manage the situation and reduce opening hours to a consistent time table , this will give your customers a reasonable chance of successfully carrying out post office business. Current situation is a disgrace, the amount f time I have wasted turning up to a closed post office…just shows contempt for your customers.

I applied for 4 jobs at co op. I attended 4 interviews. All unsuccessful.
I asked for feedback and they saisa"ive not scored high enough on their online test to be awarded an interview" so, why have I had 4?
I strongly believe they wasted my time to use me as a statistic with utterly no intention to hire me. That's illegal !!
Obviously they told me some excuses. Apparently, they didn't like a benign metaphor I used in the one of the intervies. Like, people don't use them in everyday life.

I went to this shop I had around £30 of shopping in my basket after savings I would have saved with my coop membership card.
So as I was shopping I noticed the lady behind the till huffing and puffing as I believe she thought I was taking to long,.
When I got to the till I realised I didnt have my Coop membership card, so I asked the till assistant if I could use her card? She laughed at me & said sarcastically NO Sorry!!
When I got home I still have to go out to get the bits that I need so I look online & see if there anyway I can maybe get an electronic Coop card & to my amazement I had a card ready to scan on my phone after I would say a minute,. So easy!
So my point is, why couldn’t the lady of told me I could maybe do that in the she shop rather than laugh at me
co op Templecombe hates Israel.
Went into co op in Templecombe and heard disgusting antisemitic comments. Pro terrorist propaganda about donating to Palestine terrorism at the counter. Absolutely gobsmacked where is the Israeli donations to help recover from the worst terrorist act in all history. Disgusting a place to buy food should not be political and definitely shouldn't be supporting murderous people.
No customer care or service at Westgate on Sea.
This store is abismal. The staff rush around as if the store is on fire and don’t stop to help customers when they need it. Staff actively push customers out of the way to get stock out. Health and safety goes out the window with crates nd cages all over the place, I feel sorry for the wheelchair users who can’t get round the shop. I recently cut my leg on a crate placed across and aisle and despite blood flowing no one cared or apologised. The staff on the tills are like robots and you are lucky if they even look at you let alone make conversation in the whole of the checkout process. Luckily I have easy access to shop elsewhere.

This gets on my tits. You have an offer on wine and said wine is member offer so a double offer. Corte Molino Prosseco reduced from £8.50 to £7 Then member offer further 75p reduction. When I got to my local upgraded store is it in the fridge chilling is it f""k. However Nosecco priced at £4 is taking up precious space in the fridge. What's that all about? Why not place higher priced items in the fridge. Do you want to make money?

I was stupid enough to sign up as a member for £1..then tried an online shop. They have around a trolley full of food for the whole place, but I still just about managed to order 8 items. Get to checkout and 3 of these were not available!! I decided to close the account and tell them to get stuffed. You cant close the account you cant get hold of anyone and there is zero customer service. Its as mad as it gets and the sooner they burn the better.

Funeral arrangements were made but a casket that was chosen two weeks before burial of ashes was not delivered then promised the day of the funeral in fact delivered 30 minutes before funeral only to find it was a sample casket with sample written beneath no apology just a lot of in house cross team blame. I will never recommend or us them again.

Yes I will have my say, went into the co-op at the Winterbourne store on Sunday evening and purchased, 20 Lambert & Butler silver, when I got home I noticed the packet was damaged, and damaged under the cellophane, lower half of the packet.
I took out a cigarette from that area and it was totally damaged, could not smoke it at all.
I put my finger in that area and cardboard packet had a hole in it, but had not damaged the cellophane, so must has happened during packaging.
I took the packet back to the co-op and explained all, and could you please show the manager, he said nothing and put the packet in the bin,
Price of cigarettes the co-op should have give me my cigarette back, NO INTEREST AT ALL. RIP OFF.
Very poor customer service
For the first time today I placed an online order which were supposed to be delivered between 2 and 3 pm. Ten minutes past 2 I called customer support to ask what is happening as i received a confirmation email, which says I will be notified, when the order is packed, but still didn’t receive anything. The customer service agent tried calling the shop and then offered me to cancel my order. I already spent time sitting at home waiting for delivery. I would like to get my delivery and do not see how cancelling it is helpful. When I asked her to keep calling them she said she cannot and might forget. Is it not a job of customer service to make sure service which has already been paid is provided? I work myself in customer and care and it’s a very disappointing service experience. I won’t be ordering online again.
Then I received a reply that they take complaints very seriously and will talk to store manager about it, which just confirms that complaint was not even read as it’s about customer service and not a store. I was served a standard copy paste reply without a possibility to write back.

Waited 2 hrs past the delivery time 10/11/24 and rang the belsize shop number which by the way why they have a phone for they never answer it ever any day of the week
Rang longstone st shop to see if they could get through to belsize store all she said its same number they had no internal numbers yet she took my number never rang me back.
4 hrs later the pathetic excuse the company who do the online for co op said it was cancelled yeh right yet they still have my money a pathetic excuse he said he was waiting to hear from company.
i said return my money and if anyone thinks of shopping online you’ll get same service
Last time i shopped i was missing 3 items i rang head office was on 40 mins holding only for him to put me back to hold from the start again useless company and why they even do online half the items out of stock but they are in the shop when u go in
