I ordered a wine fridge from coolersomm. Great prices. Great support throughout the whole process and also sent over a great free bottle of wine. Could not recommend more!!

We were restricted to the size of wine fridge and Coolersomm were the only company to source the size and quality item we were looking for. From ordering to delivery was faultless and it was safely delivered on time. We have totally renovated our house and the builder constructed a "drinks" cupboard to house the fridge, wine glasses etc........looks amazing many thanks

Ordered a wine fridge, there were some issues with delivery (and the unit was damaged in transit) but customer support (Sarah) was very efficient, helpful and friendly and provided an alternative.

I cannot thank Sarah and her team enough for all of their help, advice and speedy delivery of our new wine fridge.

I called Sarah on Wednesday … long story short an old style gas pipe had thwarted the fitting of our standard depth wine fridge (it had shown a different location on the plan)! Sarah was able to talk me through the technical spec of a slimmer wine fridge that would fit! After multiple calls Sarah managed to get it to delivered with 2 days.

I cannot recommend coolersomm enough, we have now ended up with a far superior product (yes it was more expensive but you get what you pay for!)… you really did save the day and our kitchen dream!

I recently bought 2 CELLA - 161 Bottle Single Zone Wine Fridges from Coolersomm which I am absolutely delighted with. The web site was easy to navigate through and gave a lot of information in an easy to follow manner. I telephoned Coolersomm and had an extremely helpful discussion with Sarah (Newton) who talked me through my various options. Having explained the pros and cons of various fridges, and after a period of reflection, I eventually chose the Cella fridges detailed above. The reversal of the door opening from right to left on one of the fridges was very kindly done free of charge by Coolersomm. Their delivery was seemless, with the a 2 man delivery team placing the fridges in my room of choice expertly and with great care, after which they ensured both fridges were working. I have been able to store claret, burgundy and alsace shaped bottles in the fridges with ease, and the fridges look sleek and classy, with all that have seen them being most impressed. During the ordering and delivering process, communication with Coolersomm was prompt and efficient. All in all the fridges are a delight, and Coolersomm wonderfully helpful and efficient, so I have no hesitation in recommending both.

All arrived on Christmas Eve as promised, looks great, good service from Sarah.

This goes to prove my point. I remained on the chat and never left, thus can only assume your software timed out from your response. You have a very passive-aggressive tone in your replies.

It wasn’t even about the time taken to respond but your tone and attitude. “Will you deliver before Christmas”. Response. “No!”.

No “really sorry but I don’t believe we’ll be able to deliver in time, but perhaps I could look into an express delivery if you’re happy to pay for that”

You’ve been aggressive with me since our first interaction and I’m sorry you’ve now lost my custom and I hope many others benefit from avoiding you too
