Fantastic experience with Eve. She could not do enough to support the property sale. I would recommend to anyone.

Awfully slow and extremely poor communication. Aside from going away for two weeks and not handing anything over to another member of staff, emails have been sent back and forth referring to attachments with no attachment in sight. Slow and dragging their heels. Emails to them go into the nether and rarely get a timely response. Avoid at all costs.

Jennifer has been amazing in our sale & purchase with regular updates. Very accessible via telephone for any concerns or questions. Thank you so much Jennifer!

We'd heard that buying your first home was a stressful experience, but thanks to ConveyancingHome, and Mark in particular, it has been anything but. He kept us in the loop, informed, and was happy to explain the process to us. Mark was quick to respond both via email and over the phone, answering all of our questions clearly and explaining exactly what we needed to do at each stage.
Mark and the team are so friendly and truly do make it feel like there is no such thing as a silly question.

After starting the process with this company on 4 Apr 25 Lizzie was my point of contact and following a lack of replies to my emails my agent was changed to Lucy and emails are often ignored and if I don’t email in a fear I wouldn’t get any communications. The conveyancing process I believe usually takes 8-12 weeks and I am now 21 weeks into the process and still do not have any time estimate of a completion date. I downloaded the app as directed to at the beginning of this process and the first update took 16 weeks to be updated . I was supplied with a enquires and response tracker by Lucy and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. I have a date to be out my current property and now I am going to have to make living arrangements as it’s clear to me that the property I am purchasing will not be ready in time. Extremely frustrated / disappointed/ angry that I used this company as it wasn’t the cheapest but I was swayed to it with the sales line of being able to do everything on line and use the app to track my property purchase.

Eve couldn't do enough , her communication was out standing and made it has stress free as she could .

Buying a property can be a long process with a lot going on but it was straightforward with Conveyancinghome. Seemed like they really kept on top of things to get completion as soon as possible. Kept me up to date with time frames and what was happening.

I don’t imagine I’ll be buying another property any time soon but if I were, I would certainly use them again.

what a shambles!!! we had nothing but problems from start to finish. our first solicitor (or fee payer as they call them) was Lizzie Kirk, we started the process in March, all was going smoothly until the stamp duty increase at the begining of April. I was ignored, both on telephone voicemail messages and emails. when I eventually spoke to Lizzie, she couldn't even remember who I was. I eventually found out that my searches had been sitting waiting to be actioned for over 2 weeks.

Lizzie went off sick and instead of conveyancingHome informing us and passing our file over to someone else they just let me keep chasing, fobbing me off at every opportunity. eventually I found out that Lizzie was off and Jessica Thomas took over the case. she was the only person at conveyancingHome that seemed to care. she spoke to me with respect and would always answer questions straight away, return calls in a timely manner and tried her best to push the sake threw. unfortunately she was then taken off the case. we were given Lucy Clayton. she was rude, undermining and uncaring. she would frequently ignore emails and when I rung for an update (as I hadn't heard from her for days on end) she would tell me she 'would get round to it when she had time'

when we first started the process we had a deadline as we were going on holiday, I'm sure Lucy purposely missed this deadline to cause more stress and upset. we had to reapply for our mortgage which caused more delays.

to top it off it now transpires that Lucy never informed the service provider of our existence and we now have to re contact conveyancingHome to get this sorted!!!

Eve made things just about tolerable while dealing with two buyers , changes of buyers solicitors, false starts on completions etc. must have been a nightmare job but she saw it through to a successful completion. Thank you. Hope future work is routine and easy for you.

Jennifer and her team were very helpful. We are in our 70 and found the process difficult with emails. We have now completed and can’t thank all the team enough.

Eve made the whole experience of selling as stress free as she could,I have health issues which could be triggered by too much stress ,but she was very professional throughout.Brilliant from start to finish

We were recommended Conveyancing Home by our mortgage advisor. It was our first home purchase so we're a little nervous as I have always heard horror stories about solicitors when purchasing a property but I should not of worried.
