Delivery Delay
We struggled with a particular dispatcher who said he was trying to get a driver lined up (over 1 month delay). We delayed our project waiting on 2 containers. When I asked for a refund, his boss found a great driver.

Hi Carla, thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, especially when they affect a larger project timeline. Scheduling can sometimes be impacted by driver availability, routing, and final dispatch timing, but we understand the importance of clear and timely communication throughout that process. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are glad the order was ultimately able to move forward.

Hi Mike, thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration with the delivery delay and the inconvenience of needing to rent storage while waiting for your container. Container delivery timing can depend on container availability, release timing, and driver scheduling, which can sometimes affect how quickly a unit can be delivered. While that does not excuse the delay in your case, our team does work hard to coordinate deliveries as quickly as possible and to keep customers updated throughout the process. We appreciate you sharing this and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.
The container was delivered on time
The container was delivered on time. We had a small problem getting the container off the trailer because the driveway was sloped sideways. However, the driver was able to get the container set. The container is in good shape.

You guys delivered about delivered a little late which was not an actual problem. The container was a little less attractive than could have been. But a little paint will fix that a week later…
You guys delivered about a week later than promised but you delivered. But the container was ugly as can be. But it still does the job so you will still get five stars across the board

Thank you for the honest feedback, Ty. We apologize that the delivery took longer than promised. We’re glad the container is still doing the job, and we appreciate your understanding. WWT containers can show rust and wear and tear from prior use, but they are structurally sound and built to handle the job they’re intended for. Thank you again for your business and for the five-star review.

We were extremely happy with the price and delivery time, but unfortunately the driver was unable to place it in the exact spot we wanted it!

Svar fra Container One
We’re very glad to hear you were happy with the price and delivery time. We also understand that final placement matters. Because delivery is completed with a 40’ hydraulic tilt trailer, the driver must work within specific space and clearance requirements for safe unloading, including a long, straight delivery path and sufficient overhead clearance. While we always aim to place the container as close as possible to the requested location, final placement can depend on what the site safely allows on delivery day. We appreciate your feedback and your business.
Great experience
Great experience. Communication was steady and accurate. I got mine sooner than promised as I was contacted when an opening came up in the delivery schedule. The gentlemen that handled the delivery and placement were great as well. I would 10/10 use them again.

Thank you for your feedback, Donald. We are sorry to hear about your experience, and we do appreciate your positive comments about the delivery.
Every container goes through a Five-Point Inspection before delivery, and any delivery concerns should also be noted at the time of delivery. In this case, the door-opening issue was not documented then, but we understand your concern now that you have had more time with the container.
If the main issue is the operation of the doors, this video may be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6iPgQXsksLI
We also understand your concerns regarding the leak and the solution offered. If you are open to it, please continue the conversation with our team so we can work toward the best solution for you.

I expected a possibly beat up patched…
I expected a possibly beat up patched up container but I did not expect for the doors not to swing and latch properly they are so rusted up they do not want to swing nor do they want to close into the container properly the delivery man wonderful idea was to grease or you step to enter to make it close better I never heard such an idiotic idea in my life nor did he want to wiggle his trailer around to get it lined up where I wanted it exactly and he didn't so I had to move it over a foot on one end which made me very unhappy because I suck her head over 250 ft to be able to move around him I'm an old semi driver and if he can't put that little thing in for a semi would go or something really wrong with that dude and you want to know how to improve or make sure the doors work the rest of it don't really matter as long as it's water tight you can always paint it make sure the doors work

Thank you for your feedback, Kevin. We are sorry to hear this delivery did not meet your expectations. Every container goes through our Five-Point Inspection before delivery and is inspected again with the customer onsite before delivery is complete. At the time of delivery, no door issue was raised with our team. After delivery, our team did follow up to help address your concerns. If the doors are now difficult to open or close, this video may be helpful: https://youtube.com/shorts/6iPgQXsksLI?si=4A4kzjR2yivI5GMx
If you are open to it, please continue the conversation with our team so we can work with you to find the best solution for your situation.
