Everything i was told happened thank you

The container was of average quality and just what we expected. The delivery was a disaster. We purchased one a year ago and It went off without a hitch. This time new driver and it went very poorly. It was dropped in place but when he went to pull forward he caught the end and yanked it forward 10 feet and dropped it at a terrible angle. When he went to slide back under he tore up the drive way then couldn't get back under it because the deck boards on his trailer kept catching and exploding. He ended up leaving it where it fell and im left digging and jacking and trying to pull it ten feet back into place with a come-a- long hooked to a tree. If you purchase one you better have heavy equipment to move it yourself.

The man who delivered it was a princely person who assisted me in placing and had excellent suggestions on the container. I recommend him to you as a great rep for your company. The container was everything you said it would be. Pleased and thank you.

Frank and the team were awesome to work with, I will be ordering another container for a different property.

the can is fine the delivery was not it fell off the trailer almost rolled on its side the guy got stuck in my neighbors yard. the driver got the guy across the street with his bob cat to get upright and in place . maybe need a different delivery service now I have to fix my neighbors yard.

The driver Calvin was great. Very cautious and considerate of property. Placed container right where we wanted it placed

I would strongly recommend that anyone reading this review go with another company. I had a delivery scheduled and it was cancelled on me about 2pm that day, after waiting all day for the delivery. I was told that I could get it the next day or there wouldn’t be any available appointments for delivery until the following week. I took the appointment for the next day and had to totally change my schedule around to be able to get the delivery. The company didn’t let me know until 16:47 that I wouldn't be getting my delivery. The shipping coordinator that oversees the Mississippi area, Chris, is rude and unhelpful. Chris told me that the drivers wouldn’t respond to him and that they don’t tell him about problems. Chris was uninterested is solving this problem. This company clearly has massive communication problems between the departments and the company is clearly okay with wasting multiple days for their customers. I’m still waiting for my container and don’t buy from them unless you are okay with them promising multiple deliveries and not getting your product.

Over seven weeks between payment in full and delivery. Only one early communication initiated by Container One. Terrible communication and super slow performance. Product was fine once I received it but wrong direction on trailer. Driver did a great job switching direction and good job placing the container.

Are you kidding me I’ve been waiting over a month for my container and it still hasn’t showed up. This place lies and lies on top of lies. I will never do business with them again. I had to source one somewhere else and it only took them 4 days. Thanks for nothing. My resolution is rerun my money and I never requested self pickup I inquired what it would involve. You guys are scammers and liars. Just refund my money you said 7 business days for delivery it’s been a month and a half and still no container. Just refund my money so I can move on.

The container door were loaded wrong- I asked they be loaded facing the truck. No I have to have a contractor turn it around.

It came earlier than expected. The driver was extremely skilled and put it exactly where I wanted it.he inspected it with me and made sure the doors operated properly and checked to make sure there were no holes in it. He was a really professional and thank you for sending him.

We had a problem with communication concerning availability & delivery information. Once that was resolved, the delivery went well.

I would purchase a container only from Container One!I’ve purchased 3, each as a separate transaction months apart. My experience has been consistently great! The transactions have been easy, customer service and communication is excellent, and delivery on time, as scheduled, and very professional. I highly recommend Container One!

I live a days drive away from the delivery site and have no connectivity. Met my needs for time and communications. The delivery was on time and the container met my expectations.

The driver listened and dropped container 100% where I wanted it.

Delivery was delayed and late the next day Rented equipment was used, driver jammed the strap causing the container to be jammed. I had to use my excavator to to lift and pull to unload it,while the driver was in a hurry to leave as I moving it into position. My last two were put exactly where I wanted without my help from the competition.

Good communication, easy to access yard to pick up the container

My container was lost in the yard, and no one could find it, worse no one contacted me to tell me about the delay. i made 6 phone calls to Container One before anyone contacted to explain why there was a delay.
My other major complaint is that it takes two people to open the doors because the hinges are so rusty, I don't mind that the container was beat up on the outside, but the doors should open without effort!
