I had solar panels fitted a year ago by Conscious Energy and from start fo finish we received first class service from a first class team. All the work teams were polite professional and efficient. Even the after care one year later is just as reliable, as I had a big problems with my energy supplier trying to sell my unused energy back to the grid, which Andy has now successfully sorted for me. A massive thank you once again to everyone for all your help and hard work, I would have no hesitation in recommending Conscious Energy to anyone.

From initial contact right through to completion of the job and aftercare, this company hasn't put a foot wrong. A first class service.
Initially I spoke with Dave, one of the directors, who talked me through options and listened to my requirements. He was very professional and patient as I must have called him 10+ times during the decision making process about what equipment I wanted.
When the time came to fit the system the team arrived promptly and all 16 solar panels were on the roof within the day. The roofers and electrician, Danny, were brilliant. We had a few connection issues with the WiFi and Danny put in the overtime until the job was finished. He came back on 2 occasions to finish the job and make sure it was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better team.
After installation was completed I had a few conversations with Andy in the compliance team who sorted out my DNO and back end paperwork. Once again such a polite professional service and everything is running smoothly.

This is my first and probably last review. 

But this company just deserves to take 15 minutes to do it.

Service started with a very detailed and comprehensive quote from Oliver followed up shortly by survey and then agreed date of install.
Could not fault any of the contractors from the scaffolder to the electrician and the panel installers. Neat , tidy , well installed and all on agreed dates.
Installation clearly explained and App also detailed and useful.
Great service from start to finish with ongoing offer of any after sales issues.

Ease of it all from start to finish Oliver was checking in at every stage even when finished they helped to ensure system was working properly.

After consious energery fitted our solar pannels last year, and did such a good job, we asked them to supply and install the battery to go along with it recently.
Again, it was a pleasant process. The cost was very competative, work was carried out quickly and professionally. Was also kept regularly updated with progress. I would have no hesitation in using consious energy again, for any future projects. Pam

They were great.
Efficient quote received, fair pricing, fitted as arranged, efficient fitting team.
Only reason for 4* not 5* was the failure to obtain DNO and deliver certification to allow me to export my electricity.
That was quickly rectified so not a big issue. Would have given them 4.5 if I could have!

Completely over the moon with the level of workmanship by Conscious Energy staff. Polite, clean and tidy work done by your staff. The whole operation from scaffolding, storage heater upgrades to the fitting of the solar panels went without a hitch. Finished off with good clear information from your fitters. I would highly recommend this company.

Top lads. There was some delay with supplies otherwise the installation process was seamless .. Communication is great, there’s always someone on the other end to answer any queries .. Highly professional team! They have my highest recommendations ..

I don’t often leave reviews but on this occasion feel it necessary to share my experience. From my initial enquiry to installation, the level of service throughout was exceptional. After a number of discussions with Lee, who guided me through the best options to meet my particular off grid energy needs, I decided this was the person with whom to deal with. Following a site visit and then receiving an in-depth report, design and proposal we locked in the dates. This process saw a well coordinated 3 stage installation procedure implemented. The scaffolders were professional, courteous and cracked on with the job as did the solar panel installers. This was followed by the electric installation by Dan, Jake & Sam, who where exemplary, they completed a fantastic installation and still found time to talk me through the gadgets. Looking forward to this system helping to stabilise or reduce the uncertain and ever increasing energy costs. Thanks again to all the team.

Can't recommend conscious energy enough they are fantastic, from will who first called to do the survey to the scaffolders, the solar panel installers, the electricians big Dan and little Dan and David who gave us an extra panel and anyone else I've forgotten sorry you were all brilliant and would have you back in a heartbeat thank you. We first became aware of Conscious Energy during the summer when they attended a green open day promoting Sefton councils home upgrade scheme. The scheme provided fully funded installation of insulation, solar panels or air source heat pump for those who met the qualifying conditions.
I had to complete one simple online form.
Sefton appointed Ecogee ltd to manage the scheme. Lauren from Ecogee contacted me to arrange a heat loss survey. William carried out the survey promptly and returned the report to the office. Ecogee arranged to provide additional insulation above a garage ceiling and trim the internal doors to ensure heat transfer.

Wendy from Conscious Energy contacted me and design engineer Jack drew up an air source heat pump proposal for my home and arranged for Chris from the installation team to check the design was suitable for my property. We agreed some minor changes to the radiator sizes & pipe work routing but mostly the design was unchanged. A few weeks later Ian came and viewed my property as he was the installation engineer who was to fit the ashp.

Two weeks after that the work started.
Ian, Rio and Cameron are a credit to their trade and carried out the installation to a high standard together with a high level of customer care, respecting our home at all times using shoe covers or carpet protectors. All rubbish has been removed and the site left tidy.

We’re so pleased with the way Conscious Energy performed on this job, we asked for a quote for solar panels for which we are funding the costs ourselves. Oliver produced a design which was verified in site by Dan. We agreed a price for supply and installation of 12 panels & battery which will be fitted later this month.

It can be a leap of faith whenever you invite anyone in to your home to carry out work but our experience with both Conscious Energy and Ecogee ltd has been highly positive and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
