If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a walking stick for my son because the picture showed a full walking stick. That’s what is advertised. Came from Ireland and the size of the walking stick is perfectly sized for a Leprechaun. Literally no more than three feet. Plus it took a month to arrive. Never again, but that’s what I get for buying something from Facebook ads!

This company is a joke. They take your money and you hear nothing else. Do not buy from them. Nothing from customer service, no answer on the phone.

I ordered a tactical walking stick that was supposed to be here by December 14-19th. Here we are January 12th and it still hasn't arrived. It wasn't shipped for a week, then is listed as going through customs in Finland and then US customs, then it randomly updates to being in Flint. Michigan when I am in southern Ohio and there would be no reason for anything to come in from customs on the east coast and go past me north and west. Since getting to Flint there have been no updates for 5 days even though it is only a 4-5 hour drive away.

The company reps when you write them barely write back in understandable English and only answer part of your questions. When I ask for help in tracking it down or whats going on they sent me a link to a document that is all in mandarin even though it is supposed to be coming from Finland.

Don't stay away from this company--RUN AWAY!

If I could give a zero star I would. Watch your account. Not only will they take your money and not ship your items, they will charge your account multiple times. No such thing as expedited shipping so don’t bother giving them even more money. Horrible company. Horrible customer service and they need to be reported and shut down for being thieves!

I placed an order according to the size chart they provided. When the order eventually arrived the sizing was totally different to the chart (6-8 inches difference in size!) They refused to replace with the correct size or refund my order. Very unhappy with the service, waste of money.

I originally thought this Company was a scam. Items not delivered. Customer service sends you round and round in circles, probably deliberately. I have updated my review as, after 2 months, the goods were finally delivered. Goods of only moderate quality. I doubt that all the positive reviews on Trustpilot are genuine.

Please do not buy from this company, you can't return, or get youre money back.
I bought bras that didn't fit at all or live up to what I expected.
When I wrote to them to return, they simply replied. "we have sent the size you ordered. Maybe you can give them as a gift to someone you know.”😡
When I wrote "No”, they offered a very small compensation.
They will NOT honor the right of return.

The product was nothing like it was advertised. Terrible quality and inferior materials. This company is a scam. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR RUBBISH PRODUCTS.

Product will not arrive, no options to cancel/refund. They do ads on Instagram etc and all fraudulent, once you click 'buy' your money is GONE... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..REPORT

Didn’t get anything after 6 weeks. Instead of the stated 23€, they debited 48€ from my account.

I ordered the magnetic schedule planner
- the order took over a month to arrive (order placed on August 26, received on October 2nd)
- it is said on the website that it measures 400*300mm, while what I received was actually 300*200mm
- I'm now at my 5th back-and-forth email with their support team, and while their website claims that the purchase is "risk-free", they are refusing to give me either an exchange of a refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

This site is a scam. The seller gives good reviews himself. I received the goods, but super poor quality for expensive money. Then I wanted to send the return but there is no way to send it back, the support is ignorant and rude.
Do not buy there. I advise everyone not to do this is typical dropshipping from scammers.
Who buys here is himself to blame!

Its Scam - take Care -Apparently my order was shipped and according to the tracking number it arrived. But the shipping provider doesn't know where the package is. Instead of the seller worrying about where the package was, I was allowed to take care of it. and now the post office says it doesn't know where the package is, but I can't get a refund from the post office or the seller. so just fraud. You better be careful and don't buy there.

short addendum: the seller doesn't want to refund me my money because he thinks I should contact his contractual partner Hermes so that I can get my money back. The seller is not willing to refund anything, let alone get the money back from his provider Hermes. I did not hand over the order to a bad supplier, I am not responsible for the package not arriving. Now I don't have any goods and both providers don't want to refund me anything. Don't buy there, it's just a scam.

The length is perfect for me, it’s hard to find long enough shirts nowadays.

Really liked the weight and texture of the T shirts. Not "silky". like some ringspun cotton. but feels sturdy and holds its fit all day long. Very comfortable. Definitely will get more!

I placed my order of one item on July 12th and paid extra for expedited shipping as i wanted to wear it on a planned trip, I FINALLY received it yesterday 8/15 after my trip! I was very disappointed with the long wait as well as the quality of the top. Definitely cheap quality at a high price.
It supposedly came from the UK which was not clear when ordering, then the shipping label showed from NY. I would not recommend ordering from them.

Service client à nullissime.
Mon colis a été perdu et malgré l'assurance que j'avais prise, on refuse de me rembourser.
La poste me dit de voir avec le SAV, le SAV me dit de voir avec la poste.
Le service client répond toujours la même chose sans trouver de solution un mois après !
J'ai donc payé une assurance visiblement inutile et je n'ai pas reçu mon colis.

The shirts fit well and I will be paying some more.
