Card was left hanging in Singapore for 2 mths Before sending to US. When return, collection was via just name and no other form of order ID or Cert Number or collection notice. This kind of collection process is just so insecure.

I find the concept grading is very trustworthy and can check the card for grading before sending to grading.
The grader provides best service such as communication, and meeting to check the card condition. If the card is not in good condition, he will comment to avoid sending for grading.
