Straight forward and helpful
From our first meeting to the end result, Compass were brilliant, especially Toby and James. The process was straight forward and it is helpful they make sure to have a follow-up meeting to confirm all the details you entered. Everything was done in just a few days. The price was quite reasonable as well.

invaluable tool for our property department
Using Compass SDLT is incredibly helpful to ensure the SDLT calculations are correct based on the specific circumstances of each purchaser. This is a reliable tool, great from a compliance perspective and removes the responsibility given the complexities of the SDLT regime.
It also provides a useful audit trail for compliance purposes.
The tax consultants have always been very helpful and clear when dealing with specific queries.

It has been a real benefit to our firm in using the calculator on every transaction giving us the peace of mind that the SDLT is calculated correctly the first time, every time.
Being CQS approved it is vital we have the necessary audit trail for clients SDLT calculations and Compass provides this.
