I booked parking and paid in full,for booking late February. I then had to cancel,so within 24 hrs cancelled booking,company confirmed cancelled but charged £15 for cancelling.constant emails and calls 2 weeks later I have still not received a single penny in refund.tottaly ignored anything.so do not use this cowboy company as so unprofessional and ignore you.

Directions given to the airport parking were out of date and were wrong for drop off.It was only because we had to say time of arrival that we were given the correct drop off point.On arrival, the man was very helpful and duly processed the car before he left.
On returning, we phoned as requested on collecting our baggage to be told car would be there in 20 mins.It was 1 hour before our car arrived which was not pleasant as so cold due to time of year.
