The service provided was good. My details were passed onto a helpful and professional expert. I was contacted by a member of yourselves about how the expert was and if I got what I needed. Unfortunately I wasn’t looking for advice or guidance and wanted to just see different rates that were current in the market. My needs were simple compared to the level of service that was provided. Pension advice at a cost
It was not what I expected not that it was bad. I just found that as per everything even advice has a hidden cost. I just wanted some idea of what my pension would bring me as an annuity when I retired and was thrust in to a long host of options I was not asking for. Don’t get me wrong there was nothing bad about the experience but it seems to be difficult to ask a simple question as there are always ways of getting you to sign up for things but that was not what I wanted. I may use My Pension in the future but will be more aware of the route I want to take not be persuaded to go the route where you pay for something you may not wish for.
