First i spoke to Helena at Safe and Secure who reassured me that they could help m with the ibsurance renewal notice i had received was diuble last years, for no personal reason and then i spoke to Jason who was brilliant, assuring me that he could sort it, which he did. He explained everything so easily so now i am hapoy that my house insurance is all sorted. So easy with Jason's help. Thank you.

Kim was very clear explaining the policy proposal and various cover options. I also appreciated not being overwhelmed with a host of documents that were not really relevant at the moment of comparing quotes. I received the information I needed and clear answers.

Was looking for home insurance and came accross compare home insurance,s website,registered an interest in using their service to find home insurance and within 10 mins Beth rang me and we went through the process as you have to with home insurance then she found the most suitable insurance at the best price,absolutely brilliant personal service which I much prefer to the hard slog of trawling comparison sites.Beth was excellent,knowledgable,efficient and pleasant with the added bonus of saving me over £65 on my renewal quote.All in all a seamless pleasant experience which is sadly missing all to often these days,fantastic.

A lovely girl called Beth was very helpful, patient and friendly, she helped me get a policy that suited both me and my purse!

Kim took me back 20 years with a personal service and no extended key pad number crunching through phone menus. I was advised of no claims discounts I didn’t even know existed and pricing was competitive with good added extras!

Kim did a very thorough job of explaining the insurance to us and giving us a very good price.
