Efficient, knowledgeable and helpful service received from Aimee when we needed to find an alternative provider for our home insurance policy.

I came upon this site by accident when looking for a home insurance comparison site, so at first I was a bit bewildered by being given a quote for safe and secure insurance. However it was a better price than my renewal quote from my original insurers. Aimee talked me through the main details and although I was a bit unsure that I was doing the right thing it has now all worked out okay.

So good to have a real person to talk through insurance options, rather than a chatbot. First contact with the company and so far very positive - Aimee was helpful and unhurried, and clearly well informed.
