Had to use my warranty to replace a bracelet I had bought previously. The Common Lines team were more than happy to help! Joanna helped show me the steps in making that happen, giving me the option of store credit or free replacement. I really appreciated the candor and kindness shown by the team. I’ll be sticking by this brand for the foreseeable future.

I placed my order Aug 24th. It's Sept 2nd right now. It's been 9 days and it still says we are preparing your order. I've sent two emails so far to your infocommonlines.com email with my order number politely asking for status. No response. I reached out to your instagram DM with order number asking if any team member can check, no response. How do I even contact any of the support memebers? My order hasn't been shipped for 9 days and this is a birthday gift. If this drags far too long i really want to cancel the order.

I bought both the CL heartlink gold necklace & bracelet a couple of yrs ago. This year on holidays I wore both every single day in the pool & in the ocean & I'm very happy to say there isn't any tarnishing or fading. I'm very impressed with the quality & durability. HIGHLY recommend. 👍

I like the athlete chains. It’s a bit thinner than expected. The camera work on the advertisements do a good job of making them look present but also subtle. But after wearing it for a week it definitely feels more subtle, nearly not even visible at times. Still, as a fitness junkie I do appreciate not having to worry or think about my necklaces in everyday life.

I had a very good service with Commonlines (Joanna). She has been very helpful and friendly. She has also helped me a lot with my guarantee. Based on that experience, she made me more attached to the Commonlines products and I will surely order more from Commonlines :)

I originally left a negative review after having a disappointing experience with a warranty claim for my bracelet.

I purchased the bracelet in February for around £70, and the chain eventually snapped. The bracelet has particular sentimental value to me as I bought it in memory of my late dad, who was Irish and had a huge love for the Celtic knot, so I was understandably very upset when it broke.

Unfortunately, there was then some confusion when making the warranty claim. I was initially offered a voucher, then told a replacement was available but that I needed to pay €12.50 postage. When I questioned this, communication initially went quiet, which led to my original review.

However, I think it’s equally important to acknowledge when a company genuinely puts something right.

After seeing my concerns, the owner personally reached out to me on Instagram and immediately stepped in to resolve the situation. Common Lines have now fully refunded my original order and are also sending me a replacement bracelet completely free of charge, including postage.

I really appreciate the owner taking the time to contact me personally and the lengths they have ultimately gone to in order to put things right. The resolution has gone considerably beyond what I originally asked for.

While the initial experience was frustrating, I couldn’t ask for a fairer resolution, and I think it’s only right that my review reflects how well the situation was ultimately handled.

Great product, price, & shipping was good.

The tracking info would not update/was hard to see progress on my purchase. The clasp on one of the bracelets is near impossible to get it on, and even more hard to get off if you are able to get it on. Cuff was nice. After receiving both items, I would say they do NOT feel like they are worth what they cost.

The watches I purchased were a cut above the rest from the atypical generic offerings usually served by the burgeoning start-up companies that seem to be flooding the market of late. However, there's always room for improvements. Also, a bit over-priced.
