A truly modern IT service provider with a great deal of expertise. Very fast and reliable in communication, enormously good features and ideas, very quick to grasp hints and also very friendly and understanding.

Common Ninja is awesome. I can't believe how quickly they respond to customers. I hear back same-day when I reach out to them. I've even reached out with a suggestion/modification on an app and they updated it like that day. Super great company. The comparison charts app is how I found them and then I've branched out to other apps as they've made them (and they are always making new ones). I'm not being compensated for this at all, just wanted to share my experience. Mobile friendliness is a must since mobile purchases are the norm now.

Common Ninja's breadth of plugins fulfills a variety of use cases and provides tremendous value to no-code web designers. The ease and speed at which content can be created and added to websites are minutes - in nearly all cases. We've submitted about 7-10 support tickets and each was responded to and resolved within the same day. Incredible!

Amazing customer service and easy-to-use tables.

We are very happy with the "before and after" slider widget for our business website for restoring artwork. Common Ninja's tech support has been quick, responsive and helpful. The widget is integrated in our website seamlessly.

These are solid apps, and the customer service is just awesome. Highly suggest using Common Ninja.

This company is beyond amazing. They have gone above and beyond to help us on several different projects. Their plugins are solid, reliable, and clean-coded. They will make any website better easily and instantly with just a few lines of code. I cannot recommend and praise this company enough for their ethics and professionaly accomplished work!!

I submitted a feature request for FAQ's. The feature, while simple, was implemented in 24 hours! That is just plain outstanding customer service!

Really great customer service, which I greatly value. I'm part of an Oceanic Guild Wars 2 guild and we run PvP tournaments using Common Ninja for the brackets. The site is easy to use with great features. Recently had an issue and contacted support. They were quick to respond, kept in contact and quickly helped resolve the issue. Highly recommend. The service is great, but awesome customer support puts them over the edge.

I help run a youth sports association with 55+ member schools. Common Ninja has been fabulous for setting up, managing and running our post season, playoff tournaments. For example our volleyball playoffs included 80+ teams broken down into 7 separate "bracket-based", single elimination (play-down) tournaments. We use the bracket plug-in for soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball and softball. Brackets are easy to set-up and maintain for simple changes and score reporting (and subsequent bracket advancement). Integration into our association's website was easy. Once the integration was completed, changes in Common Ninja flowed seamlessly and in a totally automated fashion, into our website, without any technical intervention, on our part. Common Ninja has allowed us to enhance our ability to communicate accurately and in "real-time", with our thousands of "customers" (the families with children participating in our programs) by a factor of 10. Our association is grateful for the partnership. I recommend highly. Their customer service is fantastic too. Timely response (even after midnight, the day before a big tournament was to start), and effective and productive answers to all my questions and issues. The only issue I have is getting a "report" (spreadsheet) of all the games I am managing through their tool, for purposes of analytics and communication with multiple venue/site managers, about games across multiple brackets, that are occuring in their location. That function is not available. I would give them 9 of 10 "stars" for product features and function. I give them a 10+ of 10 "stars" for customer implementation/integration and customer service.

I tried out the FAQ plug-in. I ended up not liking the way the search results were formatted, so I submitted a suggestion ton how to improve. I heard back from them right away, and the next day they had revised the formatting in a way that was more appealing. It was a good product to begin with, but I was extremely impressed with the timely and professional response to my suggestion!

We used the bracket generator software for a "March Madness"-type marketing initiative for our cybersecurity brand, and our experience was wonderful throughout. Not only was the back-end experience intuitive, customizable and seamless, the support was outrageously good. Had a couple small questions, and we got responses almost immediately. Plus, they deployed a new version in 10 minutes! after we requested an additional field be added so we could export certain details to our marketing automation platform. HIGHLY recommended!
