Great look and feel, easy to use and integrate!

I had a great experience with this company's customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and quickly resolved a bug for me in just a few days. I am happy recommend Common Ninja!

I have been using Bracket Ninja for several years to create a niche March Madness bracket contest for my company. The service works quite well and has made my job much easier. Daniel, who answers customer service emails, is helpful and very responsive. When I first started using the service, I had a "wish list" of features that I was looking for; I don't know if my queries and comments influenced product design, but many of these features are now available!

My one critique is that the newer iteration of the user interface makes it difficult to cancel service (I just need a few months of the year) and tries to "force" users to sign up for an annual subscription. I accidentally selected this option. Luckily, Daniel was able to help me, but I wish that the UI had been easier to navigate in the first place.

Functionality of the software has been great, but Daniel on the CS team was super helpful with account billing challenges!

My team was tasked to build a bracket in less time than we could, and fortunately we found the functionality we needed already built at Common Ninja.

Besides that, we received a lot of support and care to make our project a success. Would highly recommend.

Simply put the widget didn't work well. Feel like we wasted our money. Reported the issue to support and was told an update would be released but never was.

Not only do we love the widgets themselves, the customer service is top noch! Great experience all around. Highly recommend Common Ninja!

We have used Widgets from a number of different vendors (and still do) but we have found the Common Ninja Plug Ins to be the BEST. They just work and they are always adding new ones. The cost is also very reasonable. We had one technical question and the vendor responded VERY quickly. They also have some "unique" Widgets that other vendors do not have.

Overall the bracket widget has been great and easy to use. The one problem I have is that the Signup page before voting/predictions is not customizable. It only allows us to collect name and email but it would be nice to be able to also lets say collect a phone number.

Their product was just what I needed for my new Voiceover website, a really good looking and user friendly Audio Player, which my Website provider was really lacking. When I struggled with the code due to some kind of glitch on my website, I couldn't work out what went wrong, but Common Ninja provided a fix very quickly, I was very impressed with them.

I only use common ninja for the audio player app, but it's awesome! I wanted a music player that I could use on my site that didn't take the listener to the website that the music player was from, like SoundCloud. The app here is super customizable and looks great, too!

Easy to use web widgets and great customer service

Logo Slider not working on my website. I reached out to support and still have not heard anything back.

Edit: Changing this to 5 stars. Support was able to fix my issue once I got in touch with them.

Had a minor issue. They hotfixed it in seconds.

Very easy to use and the response rate is outstanding. The developers seemed happy to help make the widget work perfectly for our site.

Great widgets, easy to setup and install. LinkedIn killed their API which isn't CN's fault.
