It was very confusing to get started, even after I paid I didn't know what to click to get started.

google and bing rss items are duplicating many times.

The key to YouTube feeds are the playlists NOT the channel-list. Nobody wants an uncontrollable list of hundreds or even thousands of videos in an entire channel.

The manual height adjustment is not good, now-a-day these needs to be fluid with no scroll bars

Your trial version is very limited therefore these problems can not be known until after people made the purchase.

These guys are so awesome, they implemented a feature request in the matter minutes after my request. Top notch! I look forward to more scripts and widgets from them as it will make user interaction much higher. Thanks again!

I purchased the Google Reviews widget. It's ok, but when I added it to my website I received an alert overnight from Google Search Console saying my website performance had dropped severely. When I looked into this, I found that the Common Ninja script had caused Total Blocking Time on my site to spike to a whopping 4,500 ms. I had a chat with GPT4 and the AI said that the script was likely not well optimised for performance. My solution was to create a custom script, as a container for the Common Ninja script, to ensure it loaded in a different way. Luckily I have some programming skills. If you don't, I don't suggest using this script.

Their Google Reviews widget never properly worked and their customer service is terrible. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. I highly recommend ANY other widget service.

And yes, I have connected Common Ninja support directly and have a case number. They are still radio silent.

Yes yes yes. We were able to consolidate a lot of our web features, such as location, meet the team, video carousels etc. through one service and one subscription. Lowered the cost of our site, looks and works great - and the customer service is super responsive and helpful.

This tool is great for me in my VO Business due to that I need clients to be able to download my demo. It has great customization options and very minimal and was easy to plug into my site BertoTheVO.com. So happy with their products !!! Definitely recommend!

Product Experience - Google Review Widget:

- Cannot fully adjust the Google Review Widget to German (lacking language support)
- Only a handful of 40 reviews were available to be selected on the widget
+ easy to install on Landing Page

Customer Support Experience:
A month back I cancelled my subscription, which I was charged for upon days laters. My emails were ignored and I deleted my account. Luckily for them I forgot about the incident and went on with my life.

Commoninja does NOT notify you when
- delete your account
- cancel a subscription on your own
Which is just insane unprofessionalism and leaves you with no proof to back you up. As seen in my case.

Upon being charged a subscription fee for the above named product AGAIN. I was furious. My account has been deleted weeks ago.

I contacted the customer support over email and got no help. Very unfriendly, no formalities, was ignoring my problem and just offered to cancel my subscription instead of refunding me, which the email initially was about. All in all very uncooperative and uninterested in my problem with their service.

I then contacted Commoninja via their website form and finally received the help that I needed. And only then did the Customer Agent that I was communicating with in the beginning apologising and said the following:

"Hey Leon,

I'm sorry, my intention was that we canceled your subscription and refunded you the money :)"

I call BS. Suddenly the customer agent becomes friendly, apologises and starts to greet me. 2 Minutes later I finally receive a notification regarding my refund. But only the second fee they have charged, not the first.

Since I only received half of the money, my rating of 1 star remains the same. Sure I am happy atleast some of the money has been refunded. Still, thats not everything and my dissatisfaction remains the same.

Commoninja, improve the way you speak to customers. You still owe me money that you unrightfully took and charged me on 14.09.2023.

Absolutely enjoy implementing the widgets that you provide on my client’s websites. The Google Reviews, Google Maps and Automatic Counter, are my favorite ones thus far. Super easy to pull them in on on my clients website by utilizing the HTML widget that my website builder provides.

Started out great and fun to work with but now I realize It needs better nav controls and a sidebar option. Nav was completely missing when my client saw a test so they chose a different pdf interface. They did fix it right away and refund my money.

I have really been impressed by not only the product but by the customer service! They are so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend Common Ninja!
