Making your own March Madness brackets for competitions, promotions, etc. takes a matter of 30 minutes or less. Probably less because I spent a lot of time exploring rather than watching the instruction video. It's so intuitive, you feel powerful from the moment you sign in.

Can't get the filter to work so that more than 5 reviews will show. Support is very basic, in that I send details of the issue and they keep sending one sentence answers back! Not useful at all. Basically I've given up with them! Not sure if it's a language issue or something else!

I'm someone with a software developer background but this plugin is just not intuitive, plus the help documentation really isn't good either. Again very basic and lacks detail.

Would love to have used this, but sadly I'm gonna have to keep searching. Currently using Endorsal but it costs a lot of money for what I need, which is why I am looking to switch.

It works great with shorthand. I tried hotspot. But this method is out of the question for me because you always have to have the subscription running.
I prefer the one-time payment (possibly with updates).
Common Ninja is also in trouble because of the GDPR. I can't sell this to my customers.

And what is, if you cancel? Does the widget still work ?

wifget is very good, does its job and has several ways of customization. The problem is that it weighs a lot on the site.

Great widgets, great value. The editor is very easy and the customization is great. Very good pricing. I’m new but I can tell the product and customer service will be a great fit for me. If your looking for good tools and widgets to add to your site at a great price than this is where you’ll get that.

Overall great and easy to use! The calendar widget doesn’t transition well when looking at my website from a mobile device is the only flaw.

I was looking for a free comments widget and found common ninja. It was just right for my specs, I edited it and installed on my web site but the comments were not getting displayed. I struggled for a day, trying all the suggestions that common ninja's support guy, Daniel, was giving me, but to no avail. I thought, well, they don't care about clients who picked the free version, I guess. But I was wrong!!! Daniel identified the issue that prevented my comments from being displayed and they made the necessary fix in like 10 minutes. He told me to try again and voila -- the comments are there, I tested and I am very grateful for the support and quality of the widget from Common Ninja!!! Thank you, Daniel.

Don't worry about the 4 star rating as I never think that any service is an absolute perfect 5 star.
Common Ninja was just what I needed after scaling down my site from one of the big (expensive) site builders to Big Cartel which is also what works for me but was missing a few addons which Common Ninja had. Easy to set up. Not overly expensive. Looks great on my new site.

I signed up for a trial and cancelled during the trial and yet have been charged an annual subscription just now.

*UPDATE* Yes, I did contact the customer service team, and I was issued a full refund so they have now asked me to change my review, but the point of the review is that I cancelled and was still charged for an annual subscription, which could have very easily slipped in with all my other business expenses and just continued to renew each year. When I cancel a service and receive confirmation of that cancellation, I should not have to chase it further and use up valuable business time.

The Comparison Tables widget is absolutely outstanding and the support team has been extremely helpful and responsive with any questions that have come up. We are in the information industry and this has been a game-changer for our website and business. Highly recommend!

Great widget that just worked. The widget was easy set up and they provided detailed how to instructions install on my Kajabi website.

It's great that you can explore the widgets and try them out before signing up and implement and test them before paying.

I run into a few issues already, but the customer support has been great and fast!

Only four stars as i had startup issues, and it's missing widgets like linedin embedding that would have been really usefull for us too.

Easy to use and has a nice design, and fair pricing for upgraded plans.
