Commerce Utilities Anmeldelser

Thomas has provided a first class service to my business and given straightforward honest advice especially in light of the recent volatility in the energy market.

We have been using Commerce Untities for a few years now. Always an excellent service and although we always have alternative quotes they cannot be beaten. Thank you to all the team

I have worked with Thomas for a few years now, he is lovely to deal with and very patient with this particular scatter brain business person….I am very thankful for his help with my business contracts and would definitely recommend. Lydie

Excellent customer service from Tom, very swift & super competitive deal for my business electricity switch. Great communication & would definitely recommend

Many thanks to Tom at Commercial Utilities for keeping me up to date on the rates for electricity, which were changing significantly week by week, and for guiding me through locking in a reasonable deal in this rather unusual time for energy pricing.

Victoria has been very helpful and feel the service offered is honest and trustworthy. No off-putting hard sell, just straight forward advice and help with getting the best deal. Thank you

I cannot recommend Commerce Utilities highly enough. Tom has looked after us for 3 years and secured deals for us we couldn’t have done on our own, thus saving money in the process.
Tom is friendly, honest, helpful and trustworthy. I would recommend Tom and Commerce Utilities to anyone looking for help with their energy tariffs and to save money in the long run.

After trying Commerce out for my water supply and having a great experience I decided to ask them to look into the renewal of my electricity contract, they didn't disappoint! Victoria did a fantastic job, I would definitely recommend Commerce :)

Thanks again Thomas for sorting our utilities out. I was a pain throughout not wanting to commit in these difficult times but Thomas still kept helping us out. Tried going direct to cut out the middle man so to speak. Didn’t realise how difficult it really is I wasted so many hours trying to do it myself.
Leave it to the experts in future. Once again thanks Thomas for all your patience.

Sorted the utilities for my office out really quickly and made it cheaper by approx £25 a month which has made a massive difference for me as i’m a small company. Thanks x

Great customer service
Have never been let down
Totally reliable honest advice always
I’m very grateful to the support they have offered my business over the years
Would highly recommend

Have received consistently good service from Tom

Thomas has been outstanding throughout our interaction, intervening with a utility provider on our behalf when they set us up incorrectly and sorting everything out for us so we simply haven't had to worry about a thing. We have now used Thomas to renew four of our contracts and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I’m saving £400 a year!

After one phone call with Tom a couple of days ago, I’ve managed to save over £400 a year on my electricity for my café. I can’t thank the CU team enough - they’re service is efficient, trustworthy and open with the customer which is such a treat amongst so many dodgy utility sale companies. I would definitely recommend to other businesses, especially if you’re looking to save money.

Great company to work with, secured me a surprising rebate on our VAT from our energy that we had incorrectly been overpaying for years. Secured us great pricing for the coming 3 years.
Thanks again!

Very thorough and dedicated to help get the best contract for our business. Thank you

Fantastic service. Saved us money and took all the stress out of changing tariffs.

After having been contacted by Victoria Edwins from Commerce Utilities to enquire about our gas/electricity & water contracts, I would like to say what a wonderful lady she was, who was very polite and extremely helpful, and made the process of changing very easy. I would definately recommend changing to Commerce Utilities to anyone.

Thomas has been very efficient in first finding us a better electricity deal and now a better water deal. As a village hall and a registered charity, we need to make every penny count and the savings that have been achieved are a great help.

I'm extremely hesitant when looking for new energy suppliers, predominantly due to previous bad experiences. However Tom at Commerce has restored my faith. Always helpful, informative, understanding and most importantly, never pushy. Highly recommend these guys. A*
