From the help and advice given initially in choosing the product (in this case a bed) to the ongoing telephone attention during manufacture, and finally to the faultless and highly efficient delivery. After a very comprehensive briefing by a rep of Comfort Plus I decided to indulge myself in a 4 foot bed & a 2 seater settee. The delivery was in the timescale as advised. My existing bed & sofa were removed & the new furniture installed. All workings were shown and explained to me. Now I have been using them for 2 weeks I can safely say I am a happy customer. The adjustable bed is so useful and I am really enjoying it. My friends comment on how good the settee looks. It is both comfortable & ideal when I need to put my feet up. If only all companies could provide such a hassle free service.

I have a recline armchair and a bed from them. They delivered it at separate times and each time they were great, kind and cleaned up as well. They give a genuine life time guarantee and on two occasions I have asked for small corrections and they have come out without charge. I wish other firms like this would copy their work and professional care. I thoroughly recommend them.

Products excellent we had chairs and beds and all are super quality and really comfortable. Your fitters who delivered and assembled the chairs and beds were brilliant,that was Elliott and Matthew. They explained everything, were very efficient, removed old beds and left everything clean and tidy. Cannot speak to highly of your service and products. Will be happy to let any prospective new customers view our chairs and beds before they decide to purchase for themselves.
