A scam! Poor customer service. Lie about the product! I purchased and waited for the items to arrive. After contacting through instagram message account after waiting for a month, they told me that it has left China. I told them to cancel the puchase and refund the money since I don’t want it anymore. They told me they can’t and said they will expedite the shipment, guess what arrived after 3 weeks. Never in their posts mentioned it was from China and I waited for another 3 weeks. When item finally arrived, it is entirely different from posts in their account (box, comb design, etc). Product looks cheap too.

Oh, after complaining to them and ignoring me. I posted a bad review on instagram...so they blocked me. Great customer service and dishonest company! This company should be penalized.

ordered and payed for item two months ago. Still haven't received it, I've contacted them multiple times, never got a tracking number, and their customer service is horrible. Don't buy!

A total scam! I bought the brush in October and still didn't receive it. I asked for a refund and they say they will not do it.

Worst thing ever! I feel so stupid I didn't read all comments here before ordering (normally I do my research...). Ordered in Nov 2019, still don't have the product, tracking number doesn't work, asked multiple times for a refund, they just don't seem to care. What a scam, I will report them on every website. Karma will find its way around - they will get caught by authorities for fraud.

Horrible customer service. I received a faulty device and they said that they would send out a new one and they did not. I asked for a refund and heard nothing from them. Such a scam!

Ordered the brush seeing its comments on Instagram, but should have done more research.

Have kept an eye on the tracking number since delivery was taking awhile, it was ready for distribution in my city, and now I can see it’s back on it’s way to China...

I’m going to my bank to dispute this and will put it on my socials so other people don’t fall for their BS.

As I read in these reviews only after I purchased. I too was scammed by this company based in Italy (or so they say) by a parent company that has nothing to do with brush/beauty products. I contacted them only to be told to return item to their address in Italy. Which I did, only to receive a return stating it could NOT be delivered. Big scam! I have put in a request for a return via Paypal. Don't bother contacting them as they return your emails as if they are concerned but then never fix anything. Do not buy any product from them.

Ripped off. This is very bad product. Bad quality. They ship from China. It will take nearly 40 days to delivery in USA. Bad quality packaging. I got broken brush. Look like they ship bad product to USA. Not working at all. They said it’s original brush but it is not. It is cheap quality made is China. Brush should cost under $5. Suggest never buy this product.

Ordered and paid, got confirmation email saying it should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Enquiry after two weeks was answered with a standardised email, FAQ style. My follow-up email was not even replied to. Almost four weeks and still waiting. Will spread the word.

If I could give this ZERO STARS, I would. Don’t buy this product, it’s a SCAM. Doesn’t work AT ALL. Waited weeks for it to arrive and was sorely disappointed.

These people suck. Don’t let them scam you too.

Product was promised 3-5 day delivery on July 26. Product was intended as a gift for even on August 3, 2019. The item wasn't shipped until August 7, 2019. On August 14 I emailed the company as I hadn't received anything and the shipping info they sent was in Chinese characters and wasn't updating. I got a response that the company was on vacation and my email would be answered August 19. I emailed again on the 21 as I hadn't heard anything back yet and got another automated response. I emailed again on the 26th describing my issue and requesting to be refunded seeing as it had been a month and I still had no item or explanation. I received a response that my item had already shipped.
When I did finally receive the item on August 28, I expressed my disappointment and requested a return. I was informed that in order to return the item I had to ship it internationally and cover unspecified customs fees. I responded on September 4th that I felt this resolution was unacceptable given the circumstances and expressed that I felt that shipping the item internationally was extreme and only used as a deterrent to return the item. I asked that the matter be escalated and an alternative solution be offered and have yet to receive a response.
I went through Paypal and the same resolution was offered and I had to send the item with tracking in order to insure a refund through PayPal. So I'm out the $40 for the piece of garbage brush that you can get on amazon for $5 and $30 for the USPS shipping with tracking. Hopefully the company that did this will be forced to refund me so at least they won't make any money which is the only reason I paid the shipping back instead of eating the money for the item.
On top of all that, I was editing my reoccurring payments on paypal and somehow this terrible company was on the list when I would for no reason have added them especially given the terrible service I got through them. Thank God I happened to check or I really wouldn't put it past them to charge me for something else.

SCAM! Opened a Paypal case to send the product back (because of poor quality + broken). Got an address in Italy by Paypal (as Combized didn't answer on my emails).

Shipped back the brush for 17,99 € to the address:

Parcel couldn't be delivered due to an "address fault" - I'm not even surprised!
BUT (and this is the WORST) Paypal decided in favor of the seller (as the seller didn't get back the brush - REALLY!?) and didn't refund the money! Loss = 39$ for the brush + 17,99€ for return

Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with, I literally sent over 10 emails asking for a refund. It has been over a month since I ordered this product & I have yet to receive it. When I informed the company about my problem, they said it was most likely because I had the wrong email. It was not the wrong email, I received my tracking the next day from my order. It has been sitting in China since the first day I ordered it. They also continued to ignore my request for a refund, absolute worst company and totally unprofessional.

Awful. Product doesn't work. I have contacted them via email and the only response I got was 'try using on wet hair'. Appalling customer service as I already stated that I tried that so they didn't bother reading my email properly. I asked for a refund and they told me it has to be shipped to Italy which would almost cost as much as the brush. I asked for some sort of compensation, no response. Crappy product, not worth £30. This is the worst experience I've had with an online purchase. Stay clear from this product. You don't want to waste your money on this and waste your time with the abysmal customer service.

Very dodgy company! I ordered mine a couple of months ago and it never arrived. I've asked them to look into it, but they haven't bothered. I'll be raising an indemnity with my bank tomorrow. Very, very unethical company!!

Totally agree with other reviews. Super scam. Got the product today, looks very cheap not 39 pounds worth of kit, not working. Unable to even open it to insert batteries. Opened a dispute with PayPal but have not received their decision yet. Can't believe I was so stupid, I got their advertisement on my Facebook feed.
