Columns Ai, Inc. Anmeldelser

Today I want to share my experience of using the service for data visualization. I work for a marketing agency, and I am constantly faced with the need to present data in a visual form. Columns.ai He caught my attention by promising to simplify this process, and I decided to give him a chance. And I would like to say that I found what really suited me, a simple and not overloaded tool with an AI assistant on board. Now boring data, which, to be honest, were of little interest and understandable to my customers, have become easy for them to perceive, and therefore interesting, and therefore useful.

Advantages that I would like to mention:

1. Intuitive interface. Even without special training, I was able to figure out the basic functions quickly enough.
2. A wide range of visualization types. From simple graphs to complex interactive dashboards that I can create by simply dragging and dropping.
3. The ability to work with various data sources. The service is easily integrated with popular databases and cloud storage. Notion or Airtable, Google Spreadsheet for live connection or export in CSV format.
4. Automatic updating of visualizations when the source data changes. This is very convenient for creating "live" reports.
5. Collaboration function. You can easily share projects with colleagues and work on them together in real time.
6. My favorite is intelligence, which will help you better understand your data, just ask a question, and artificial intelligence will do the rest and transform your data into a consistent narrative.
7. I can embed charts on my website
8. The absence of any limits on the paid tariff and a very generous free tariff.
9. A very detailed section with instructions

I would especially like to pay attention to:

Powerful customization tools. Impressive possibilities for customizing the appearance of visualizations. You can change colors, fonts, sizes of elements,. This allows you to create truly unique and professional-looking reports.

What would you like to pay attention to:

1. Sometimes there are performance problems when working with very large amounts of data. In such cases, loading and processing can take quite a long time.
2. It would be just super to be able to connect a CNAME
3. It is worth considering that this service is a "light BI". You should not expect functionality from it, like Power BI and Tableu.

Overall, I was very pleased with the experience of using it. This service has really simplified and accelerated my work with data visualization. For specialists who regularly work with data, this tool can become an indispensable assistant. It allows you to create impressive visualizations without deep knowledge in programming or design.

You can spend much less time preparing reports and focus on analyzing data and making recommendations.

If you are engaged in data analysis and often face the need to visualize them, this product is definitely worth a try. I recommend starting with a free trial period to evaluate how well this tool is suitable for your specific tasks.
