I was able to collect direct from the warehouse therefore avoiding breakages. Packaging and service was good and prices were competitive.

The quality of the bottles is poor
The quality of the bottles is quite poor, also ALL of the caps/stoppers provided did not fit which rendered the whole batch unsuitable. Won’t be using again.

Glass jars arrived all well packaged and within the time frame quoted. The price was spot on for the 90 jars I purchased. Used this company about 15 years ago and again in the last month, standards have not dropped.

I’ve been purchasing my bottles from Colourlites for a while now. In the beginning, I was a little unsure about their customer service, as I’m often that customer needing to change orders because I’ve bought too much or not enough!
But I have to say, their service has improved 100% and I’ve seen a real shift in how responsive, helpful, and professional the team is. Alongside the consistently high quality of their bottles, their delivery times are superb, always fast and reliable.
I highly recommend Colourlites and their brilliant team and a special shoutout to their lovely APC delivery driver, who is truly the best!
