We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, customs duties and import taxes are not our responsibility and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.

Can never call through to company
Can never call through to company. Packages rarely packed very well. Glass bottles end up getting scratched.

Unsatisfactory experience
I received a broken jar. Furthermore, several jars were placed inside the box without any wrapping, which caused them to be damaged, losing their coating and showing scratches and discoloration. This was not the experience I expected. Thank you. Images attached.

Lovely product, and when a few of the bottles arrived smashed (only 4 of 125) Samantha organised replacements sent out the same day. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Service is excellent! Samantha kindly organised an emergency order at very short notice. I’ve been using Colorlites for a few years now and they don’t disappoint. Highly recommend.

No indication when I booked that it would take over a month to be posted
Received an email to state it would be sent out but wasn’t
The package has not arrived - I was working on the day so rescheduled - due to the weather it then did not arrive however now notification from the carrier was received. They attempted to deliver on a random day with no prior warning until that morning - again I was working. Now I am unable to arrange for a day when I will be in.

Good price and quality balance, bad shipping experience
Been using Coloured Bottles for more than 3 years and always thought they have a great price and quality balance + shipping. However, for the last year now trying to switch to other suppliers, because many of the items I buy are usually out of stock (which is fine, many suppliers face that), but sometimes after being out of stock the item changes to being discontinued, which is not great, if you have specific boxes done for the size of the product or photoshoot done. Would be nice if they give notice that some items will be discontinued. The shipping gone bad as well. A year or two, the shipping price was okay and timings were decent, however, now, the shipping prices not only gone significantly up, but also timings increased, which doesn't make sense. Last two orders arrived way later than their estimate times and I needed to chase for any updates. Although communication was fairly fast and friendly, by the looks of it, the orders were dispatched after I started chasing them.

We’re very glad to hear that you’ve valued our pricing, product quality, and previous shipping experience. At the same time, we’re sorry for the recent frustrations you’ve encountered. We understand how important stock consistency is, especially when you rely on specific sizes for packaging and photography.
When an item is discontinued, it’s usually due to supplier issues. We always do our best to source alternative suppliers so we can continue offering the same or similar products. As soon as we’re notified that an item will no longer be supplied, we add a red notice on the product page to keep customers informed.
Regarding shipping, we apologise for both the delays and the increased costs. Shipping prices may rise when courier tariffs change, and we’ve also been experiencing a high volume of orders recently, which has affected our fulfilment times. We’re actively reviewing our logistics processes to prevent this going forward.
We’re pleased that our team was able to assist you quickly when you reached out, but we agree that you shouldn’t need to chase updates.
