I had to rearrange a delivery date due to unexpected road works. Office and delivery staff were both friendly and helpful. Always a good experience dealing with this well established local company.

After having been let down by another builders merchant, we called in to the yard of C and C in Ipswich. Gary couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. He put the paving slabs on the ground so we could see what they looked like, checked that he had enough in stock and arranged for them to be delivered the following week. Thank you Gary for being so helpful.

Good locally not so good at source
Very satisfied with the process and speed of delivery unfortunately two of the bags of gravel had small holes in and were begining to lose contents this would have been difficult to spot in transit so no blame on the local company but may be thicker bags at source would solve the problem.

Hi Mike. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're really pleased to hear you were happy with the process and delivery speed. We appreciate you flagging the issue with the gravel bags — you're absolutely right, it's not always easy to catch in transit, but we'll pass this feedback on to our supplier and see what improvements can be made in the future. See you again soon 😊 #BuildWithColliers
