College and County Anmeldelser

Excellent service, very quick and helpful to reply and address questions and raised issues!

Have rented with College and County for 3 years now, and this has been a good experience. They are always quick with responding to emails and organising contractors if ever required. I have heard some very bad stories about other letting agencies in Oxford, but can definitely recommend C&C!

Amazing team.
Property manager Hope is lovely to deal with. I had a problem and she fixed it!
I had another problem she fixed it!
Could not recommend enough.

Alima was brilliant when we needed an out of hours call. Alima listened to the concerns and was steadfast with arranging support. Thank you!

My first experience with College and County and I must say it was great.

Ines was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond to my questions, kept me informed throughout and went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. I particularly appreciated how approachable and genuinely helpful she was when things became a little stressful.

We are now happily settled into our new home and I’m very grateful for all of Ines’s help in getting us here.

I would highly recommend College and County to anyone looking for an estate agency. They are professional, efficient and importantly, genuinely care about their clients.

Thank you, Ines!

So far this on boarding process as a new letter has been great! Would recommend!

College and County have consistently provided an excellent management service. In terms of property maintenance in particular, they have provided an efficient and swift service that is responsive to the needs of tenants. Recently th Compliance Team within the management service at College and County worked closely with Oxford City Council to ensure that the property met all of the standards required for the selective licensing of the property. I was kept fully informed by the Compliance Team about the progress of the selective licensing process and felt confident and reassured by their speed and efficiency. Their work is reflective of the ethos of College and County.

I really enjoyed working with the team. A big shout out to Bianca and Ed for their responsiveness, dedication and help throughout the process. Being an international student on the market for a rental property in Oxford is not easy and their help and dedication was much appreciated. Big recommendation to use their services.

Five years ago I offered a 5 star review regarding my experiences with College and County and nothing has changed that opinion.
They are just very good at what they do, especially the all important element of communication.
C and C go more than the extra mile to stay in touch and see minor problems through to a good conclusion with courtesy and care.
As far as I am concerned that should be their slogan!
It has remained the case for the 20 years during which I’ve been with this remarkable agency. Communication, Courtesy and Care.

I am just moving into my new home and the whole process with this agency was very smooth and professional. The team always helped me promptly when I had a question to ask, there were no silent waiting or delays. I could not wish for anything better.

Smooth process.

I appreciated the professionalism of the team. Would have appreciated better responsiveness and internal communication to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth from my part, but overall, a pleasant experience.

Great people, nothing too much trouble, always able to help, and always very polite. If I had to do it again, they would be my 1st choice

The whole team were professional, imaginative & extremely thorough. Highly recommended.

Have just rented through College and County and I have primarily been dealing with Catherine. She has been an absolute gem in this whole process. She knew the property, liaised with the owner regarding some questions we had and has made the whole process seamless from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

As a potential tenant they have been unprofessional during negotiation and not at all interested in providing a good housing experience, just to get a contract signed for the landlord at their only conditions. For the experience had, I wouldn't want my family to live in a property managed by them.

I rented my property out through College and County for 7 years and overall, had a a very good service. There were hiccups, which is only to be expected with rentals, but they were always dealt with in a professional manner. They offer a very personal service with reasonable fees and the management are quick to step in when needed. I would highly recommend them.

We have been letting a property managed by College and County for the last 2 years. The team is really good, everyone always super helpful and polite. We had a few smaller issues and maintenances requests to our property that were handled promptly, no questions asked. Problems solved in no time. I highly recommend them.

A very supportive company. Their letting department has been particularly helpful in my experience. They take time and effort to support their tenants, displaying notable social responsibility in their business.

I have had a great experience using College and County for our rental in Oxford. Our property manager Ewelina was helpful, attentive and prompt with communication and queries at all times. Our tenancy and check out was a seamless experience, with all terms actioned from the original lease agreement. I would use College and County in the future.
