I bought this thing for €80 with delivery costs, And it only lasted a month, The Strike pack disconnects at the slightest movement ps:shame, It's big shit I don't like you this thing I find it shameful shameful shameful, At first when you buy it you tell me ah it's not so ugh but if you're in denial a little you see you try to tell yourself that it's good but in fact it's a shit, In short stop crying and buy a titans two, I hope they will go bankrupt in parentheses PS shameful shameful shameful PS we can we can't buy that, Honestly this thing is not worth more than €40, In addition the thing is very small it's impossible to play with it was all going hyper close hyper tight it's super hard and everything is shit it looks like plastic from an old thing that was hurt it's nonsense, Sorry for my English and my sentences that make no sense but I am completely outraged, Know that I allowed you to save €80 with which you can do many other things.

I've reached out to the support for a clear tracking and got it right away , so im not sure why there's so many negative reviews
Will be buying a cronus zen next and hope for the same result with the order and delivery as strikepack. And i will leave another review then.
I ordered the product before seeing the reviews so i was scared and tought I lost Money due to other reviews but everything was perfect.
Can't leave behind pictures with proof of my order but it was legit.

Still waiting for a refund for a order that was never dispatched (according to postage tracking) happy to edit or remove review once my refund has been issued. At this point I'd recommend people to not order from this company.

What a scam business
Worst customer service ever. I ordered a drive hub which was not released by dpd. Collective minds said they will refund only when they receive the returned parcel. It’s been a month since and they refuse to issue the refund, although they didn’t deliver the parcel. I had to initiate chargeback with my bank. Customer service says now they cannot issue the refund anymore unless I drop the chargeback request (Shopify policy!?!). This is a lie, of course they can (confirmed by the bank). My bank advised that under no circumstance should I drop my chargeback request if I ever want to see my money. I hope my chargeback is successful with the bank. What a scam business!!!

Arrogant Company
Purchased their Drivehub. Could not get this to work as it should on our Ps4 or Ps5 . No worries i will just get onto their support and sort it out. Filled out the panels as to what was wrong , got an email next day asking me to register the product. Clicked on the link and the big red page from Norton Security stating blocked web page, Known Dangerous web page. So I sent them a courtesy email telling them what happened. Immediately sent a rude one back treating me like an idiot. Telling me to fill it out anyway with my personal information. Stuff you and your product as you are both are useless.

This is arguably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't care about any complaints. Firstly, they treated my girlfriend like garbage because she had ordered a DriveHub for me as a gift and since she had it shipped to my address there was an issue with the billing and shipping address being the same. In my experience ordering online having a different billing and shipping address isn't an issue. For them it was and they talked to her and I both like we were small children with limited mental capacity. Rude people shouldn't work in customer service. After receiving my item I had some issues with functionality, so I contacted customer service and was ignored.
Although they make a useful product, I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase anything from these people.

Disgrace customer service. Very rude and I mean very rude. I was shocked at the way chatted with me in the chat session. I’ve never ever experienced something like this ever. If only I lived by their head office I would paying a visit.
Horrible customer service who don't even respond
Horrible. I bought something off them and returned it within the return time frame. The tracking shows delivered. I initially emailed them on the 8th to ask when I can expect a refund. No answer. They emailed saying they need to check with their stupid warehouse to see if was actually returned. It's been. 15 days and they keep ignoring my emails. Horrible people and I want my money back

Absolutely appalling customer service and would never purchase anything from here again! Bought some goods which arrived 14 days late. I then needed to return them due to personal reasons and the customer support didn't answer until I had sent 5 emails asking for support regarding returns. I returned the parcel to the address supplied but it never even reached them as the address was not valid so the parcel was sent back to me. Not only did I not get a refund but I also lost my money which I used to send the goods back to them. Pretty disgusting behavior and in my opinion border line illegal with a returns policy that is completely abysmal despite UK law stating they must take returns up to 14 days after receiving goods. I would never buy from this place again, not even if it were the last place on Earth to survive. Total scam - stay well clear of these conmen.

Awful company. Steer Clear!
Awful company, worst customer service. Collective minds use the shopify platform. They delivered half my order. I sent them pics and they keep sending a message saying package was delivered. Yes it was but only half! Sent numerous emails and they came up with the same reply. Had to do a chargeback as they are so dopey they don’t understand anything.
Cronus zen
I ordered my Cronus zen from the UK store on the 22nd January and it was supposedly shipped on the 25th as per the ‘shop’ app. It gives you the option to track the parcel and it still shows ‘waiting for sender to release parcel’. I have given them the time as I emailed them and they told me they dispatched this on the Wednesday just gone and still nothing. I thought I would of at least expected the Royal Mail delivery tracker to change and give me a date of when it’s coming, but nothing at all. Communication is terrible. I don’t belive for one bit about the fact that “covid is going on so the packages will be late” because I’ve received much bigger parcels and received within 2 days time frame from different companies within the time I’ve been waiting for this, so I don’t believe that for one second.

Worst customer experience I have ever had! No communication at all.
I buy a product the 28/12/2020 and am promised shipping before the 29th. Due to covid-19 they only ship these exact days: All orders between Dec. 23 - 28
will ship on Dec. 29. Orders between Dec 30 - Jan 3
will ship on Jan 4. Shipping to Europe after the 1st of Jan means 50% taxes because of Brexit, so I think it is perfect if they ship on the 29th.
So the delivery day is the 29th as promised. I do not receive any shipping information on the 29th, but I wait patiently until January the 2th to try and contact them. They do not respond to any of my emails before the 5th of January, and by then I have already tried to cancel my order several times.
Of course, they do not respond to those emails, and try to get me to confirm my cancellation, whereas it should be obvious that I wanted my order cancelled because of the several mails.
They then only give me 1 hour to respond to the cancellation confirmation, and then ship my order without any communication!!!
I have tried to contact them several times on mail and live chat, but they simply do not respond! So now they are holding my payment and delivering an order I clearly stated several times that I do not want. No help or communication received from their side, and I still have not received a tracking number.
