Hace más de cinco meses solicité expresamente el cierre de todas mis cuentas anteriores, lo cual el casino confirmó. Desde entonces, mi única cuenta activa ha sido la de ahora.

Después de obtener ganancias, mi cuenta fue bloqueada sin fundamentos claros, y actualmente se me impide retirar mis fondos legítimos.

El soporte no ha entregado pruebas que justifiquen este bloqueo, a pesar de que los registros muestran que yo misma pedí el cierre de las cuentas previas, insisten en que tengo multicuentas, si tuve anteriormente pero todas fueron cerradas oara quedarme solo con una cuenta activa, con la cual juegue, recargue, gane, retire dinero sin problemas por más de 5 meses, y ahora porque tuve una ganancia más alta, me bloquean.
