After my experience on the platform, I noticed several points that were unclear or unfair to me as a new user. I deposited between $10 and $15 every day for about 7 days, and I was playing regularly without any intention of abusing bonuses or violating any rules.
When I first logged into my account, I was surprised to see various offers, gifts, and chat discounts, some of which I also received by email. I also saw daily trials and high-value test offers, which made me believe these bonuses were part of the platform’s normal experience.
However, after receiving my very first free gift, my account was immediately restricted, and I was informed that I was a "Bonus Hunter," even though this is my first week and I do not fully know all the rules. I contacted support to understand what happened, but they told me that the bot made this decision and that they could not see anything unusual. They asked me to speak to the bot, which did not provide any clear explanation.
In my opinion, the platform should simply restrict certain offers or bonuses if there are any concerns, instead of limiting or closing the entire account. Now I am genuinely afraid to make any further deposits because I don’t want my account to be closed and my money taken without a proper reason.
While reading the platform’s policy, I also noticed that they reserve the right to close an account without warning or explanation, which feels unsafe and could be considered a form of unfair or deceptive practice, especially for new users who are not fully aware of all the rules.
Honestly, the experience did not feel fair, and I hope the team reconsiders how new users are treated and provides clearer communication instead of relying completely on automated decisions without proper human support.

I had winnings and tried to withdraw them.
At that moment, I received a message that advanced verification was required. However, there were no instructions anywhere in the platform explaining where or how to complete this verification.
I had to contact support, and only then I was told that they had “updated the verification button,” after which it finally became visible.
I uploaded the required documents, but my proof of address was initially rejected due to format. When I tried again, the verification button disappeared completely, and I had to contact support again via email to have it reactivated.
After they enabled it again, I completed the process, and the system showed that my profile was verified.
I then tried to withdraw my funds again, but it still did not work. When I contacted support, I was told that my account was not actually verified yet and that it was still under manual review.
This creates a clear contradiction: the system displays “verified,” while support claims verification is not completed.
During this entire process:
* I was unable to withdraw,
* the verification flow was inconsistent and required repeated manual intervention,
* and my funds remained fully playable.
As a result, I lost approximately €2000.
I want to be clear that I am not blaming the casino for my decision to continue playing. However, the way this process was handled — with unclear instructions, inconsistent system messages, and delays at the withdrawal stage — created a situation where withdrawing funds was not realistically possible at that moment.
I am sharing this experience with full evidence (emails, chat support, screenshots of every step I took)

It's been over 3 months since Coins.Game closed my account. They have not replied to a single one of my nearly 10 emails. Complete radio silence.
And guess what — they changed their excuse AGAIN. This is now the third different reason they've come up with.
First it was KYC failure. Then it was "impossible wagers." Now, 3 months later, they're saying I violated their rules because I used the lobby feature in Pragmatic Play Live Blackjack to switch tables. That's it. That's the reason.
Anyone who has ever played PP Live Blackjack knows there's a lobby button right there in the interface. Switching tables is one of the most basic, normal things a player can do. I'm definitely not the only one who's done it. The idea that this justifies seizing a player's entire balance is laughable.
And here's the kicker — some of my blackjack sessions were played in their own officially recommended rooms. They even had my winning celebrations displayed on their homepage at one point. But now suddenly all of it is a problem?
They seized CA$222,000. Everything. Blackjack winnings, slot winnings including a max win on Sugar Rush 1000, and even my personal deposits. None of this should have been taken.
I took this case to Casino Guru, who reviewed everything and ruled completely in my favor. They found the casino had no valid reason to take my money. Their assessment was that Coins.Game was trying to blame their own shortcomings on the player. The casino refused to pay, so Guru penalized them with 318,000 black points. Their safety rating is now 1.2 — one of the lowest I've ever seen.
Please be very careful with this casino. If you win big, don't expect to see your money.

Have been using this website for a few years now. Obviously lost more than that I won and now suddenly after trying to withdraw my money they're asking me to verify myself. This doesn't make any sense at all as previously I was able to withdraw without any problem.
Because their system won't allow me to add my middle name myself, i had to send them an e-mail with a pic of my ID-card. They didn't allow me to partly remove my social number which makes all of this even more rediculous.
New players I strongly advice you to find a better site. The interface is mediocre and other sites offer alot more games. They also charge 3 EUR + 3% on top of the total amount you are trying to withdraw, never seen this on any website.
The only reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star is the pace of which their customer support is available. They are friendly and stay professional but they aren't of any help. A pitty.

I'm a real user of this casino I had a gambling issue so I asked my account to be closed and banned permanently, months later I tried to reopen it and they opened the account for me and allowed me to lose more money.

I have been told that my account was blocked since the documents I have sent does not match the information given in my profile. I have stated that I myself would like a request of change in my profile by Planton and Daria through support yet I have been told of by Alexey that:
In accordance with clause 6.1.1 of the Terms of Use, the account shall be closed and winnings shall be forfeited:
6.1.1 After uploading documents and providing information, our team requires up to 48 hours to verify your account. If verification is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to close the account and void all winnings.
Yet I have specifically asked support that I myself have made multiple errors upon signing up which voided me from using coins.game entirely.
My problem is that all 3 operators did not mention that: I will be at fault for giving false information yet I have specifically request a change of information in my profile before verifying through sumsub, The policy didnt state that all changes are final upon the creating my page, and finally I have been ignored after exercising my right of privacy and all data given must be deleted.
I want to point out that: I did not self exclude myself in the site. Did not use vpns as a pass around. I did not abuse any slots or bonuses given to me. My total winnings tha I myself have been saving up which is around 160 USD so I can pay my concurrent debt after being hospitalize. I did not threaten any staff before being an active user.

Scammers! I have played here a while but this is ridiculous. I have pictures to prove I won a mega jackpot on a slots game and if you read the transcript between myself and their staff, they retold me the mega jackpot rules, relayed the information from my winning spin that was in my gaming history and then said that I would NOT receive my payout because the trigger for the game is different from what the reels display.
