I ordered a coffee where product was…
I ordered a coffee where product was faulty- the bags were damaged. I have send 2 images. But 9 coffee bags were damaged. Customer support told me to go to manufacturing with all the 9 images. Sorry to say such bad customer service arguing about 12 pounds for 3 weeks. I am disputing with my bank and never will go to buy from them again.. Completely not customer centric

Speedy service and great coffee
Good communication from Coffee Supplies Direct, to reply to my query about best before dates (18 months on the Tiziano Bonini).
Ordered, and dispatch notification received 24 mins after ordering. Order arrived less than 24hrs after ordering, so thanks to Royal Mail too.
Coffee is great, prices are good, and should you incur p&p, I think that's very reasonable for the size of box that I'm usually ordering. Although I was able to buy in bulk this time, due to the long dated products.

Found this company quiet by chance and the A mod A Mio Lavazza pods were exactly what's on the box and with the postage undercuts another large retail establishment by a lot
I will be using them again promt efficient no fuss and good tracking

Fast service e and a great selection of Coffee.
I ordered some Coffee Pods from this company on Tuesday afternoon and they were despatched almost immediately resulting in delivery less than twenty four hours from the time of order.
I will buy from this company again.

Great prices, great service
Always great prices, fast delivery, no issues whatsoever. I've been a returning customer for more than a year, ordering on a monthly basis. There has been only one occasion when something went wrong, so I had a chance to experience the way their customer service worked. It was brilliant: quick, efficient, courteous.
