Easy ordering and best price on the internet. Customer service replied quickly to a query I had. Considering I ordered late on Saturday evening my goods were despatched on Sunday and delivered via Royal Mail on Tuesday. Kept up to date re tracking. Most impressed and will definitely re order my coffee from them again. Huge thanks for a first class service.

As explained in our emails, the 5% discount code is available only for first orders placed by new customers, and this is noted on the banner shown for the discount. The reason you did not receive the code is that our system recognised you have previously placed an order with us.
Regarding the items from your basket that were sold out, we understand this is frustrating. Unfortunately, our system does not reserve stock when products are added to the cart, and an item may sell out if another customer completes their purchase before the order is finalised.

Cheapest Tassimo pods
Its cheapest Tassimo coffee pods suppliers in UK .I have been using this site from past 2years . never had issue with order or delivery. Only thing is that you can buy bundle of 5 packs ,I feel sometimes,they should give more options to their customers to choose 5 packs. Mix and match blend would be a great deal.

Fantastic experience as a first time customer…
Fantastic experience as a first time buyer from this company especially Emilia! I initially sent an enquiry regarding expiry dates and had an extremely fast response. My order was dispatched very quickly but unfortunately Royal mail lost it. I needed this order quickly for my small business so I was a bit stressed. After a few days or realising it was stuck somewhere, Emilia then helped me by sending a replacement out which arrived the next day. I appreciated this so much as I know a lot of companies would not have done this until the original parcel was located.
I will order from here every time I need this product, thank you! :D
