Not to my taste, but response fantastic
I ordered 3 packets of the christmas spice blend. Two to give as xmas gifts. Very disappointed. Doesnt taste of spice more the artificial flavour in packet coffees with fake alcohol flavours. The more i drank the more unpleasant it got. I would likentonadd that after posting this, Coffee Masters gave me a full refund and a free pack of a different coffee. Most unexpected and marvellous response. Gives me conffidence to order again, thankyou Coffee Masters

Great quality
Great quality coffee beans delivered on subscription so that I never run out. The subscription is easily managed and can be amended and rescheduled as required. I would highly recommend Coffee Masters UK, they have a great selection of coffee and the quality is always consistent.

Easy order process
Easy order process. Delivers on day they say and the coffee is fabulous. Only issue is DPD driver who can’t follow instructions and leaves the boxes outside the porch which could mean the coffee is ruined.

Not impressed
I switched from my supplier to Coffee Masters for everything except coffee. I have stayed with our original coffee roast brand-it defines us.
Was told on a tasting that barista training could be done. Only to be told later that Coffee Masters would not provide training unless I switched to Coffee Masters.
That was not well received by me at all.

Exceptional Support Ahead of Our Coffee Lounge Launch
As a soon-to-open Coffee Lounge, finding the right supplier to support our setup has been crucial — and we couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and service we've received.
Coffeemasters have done an outstanding job kitting out our Marco Milkpal machines and grinders. The equipment has been installed perfectly and is running spotlessly in preparation for launch, huge credit to the Engineer Dan.
We’ve already had the chance to test the specific roast recommended by the team, and the feedback from our tastings has been phenomenal — rich, smooth, and exactly the quality we were aiming for.
A huge thank you to Phil, our Sales Executive, whose customer service has truly been second to none. From advice and product knowledge to responsiveness and support, he’s gone above and beyond.

Not Just Beans! A Masterclass in Support and Kindness.
We knew next to nothing about running a café the morning we opened our community pop-up! Phil, our incredible CoffeeMasters consultant, leapt into action: selecting the right grind consistency, calibrating our coffee machine, teaching us to weigh and time the pour, to steam the milk just right and make it silky & smooth.
CoffeeMasters delivered delicious beans, along with a tonne of technical expertise and a huge dose of kindness. He gave us the confidence and skills to serve the best coffee for miles. We served hundreds of happy customers and raised funds for our community.
Without Phil it would not have been as phenomenally successful. Thank you, CoffeeMasters, for giving us the beans, tools and support to pull off something magical.
