The coffee arrived when expected. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that one pack of coffee was slightly torn at the top, with a few beans coming out - so not quite as perfect as usual.

Hmm… only just had my first order…
Hmm… only just had my first order (subscription) for the Exclusive blend coffee beans and they arrived fairly quickly. The issue I had though was that they were roasted in December which although it isn’t that long ago, I have been trying to get fresh beans roasted 2/3 weeks before. I have now opened and tried and they are ok, but not sure whether to stick with them if this is the case. Other coffee roasters can send them freshly roasted..

Great choice of coffee beans
Great choice of coffee beans, we like to buy fair-trade, Rainforest alliance, organic beans and Coffee Masters own Espresso beans are perfect. Not only do they make a great Espresso, but also Americano, Flat White and Latte Machiatto!
We also buy their Swiss Water Decaf beans, it's great to be able to enjoy a coffee knowing it hasn't undergone any chemical processing.
Finally, they have great customer service and delivery. We have been buying from them for a number of years now and would highly recommend them.

The order was processed quickly, the website choices are conveniently made in smaller packages to try flavours and then you can order bigger bag of freshly roasted beans.

When I saw the competitive prices for the Lavazza coffee cups I was a bit dubious about what the quality was going to be - I needn't have worried, they are perfect. I also ordered the 'All Day Blend' coffee beans - again, just perfect for me. Everything arrived in good time too. Good products and good service. I'll certainly be using Coffee Masters again.

Fantastic coffee and quick delivery
I order the Triple Certified Espresso beans, which I think are the best that I have ever tasted. Have tried numerous other types of beans. They are quite strong in taste, so perhaps not suitable for those who like weak coffee.
I ordered the coffee on Friday afternoon and the package was delivered on Monday. Fantastic service!
