This is the best and most affordable rental service in London. you can get 2 bags a month for only £99. Outrageous!
Good for your wallet, good for the earth, good for your Instagram feed. I love it so much
It does take a bit of planning in advance to make sure you get the bag you want on time, but it's just like a library, and it's all about the hunt!

Brilliant business concept
Brilliant business concept! It’s great fun and Eco-friendly to be able to try out new bags without making a huge financial commitment. I’m the envy of my friends but I make sure to let them in on the secret too. The more the merrier! I’ve also sold on some of my own bags, knowing I can borrow them again. Bravo Cocoon!

RUN! Don’t walk to Cocoon!!
This is my fave discovery of 2021, I was going to start investing large amounts of money on designer bags just to use them a couple of times each. Then I signed up to Cocoon and I can swap any designer bag I want all year round for a fraction of the price, this is IT girls!!

Amazing service
Amazing service. Getting access to designer bags is such a cool idea, and there is a huge selection of them (the most popular ones can sometimes be tough to access though). I am super happy with the customer team, they are always responsive and happy to help should there be any issues or questions.

The customer service is AMAZING
The customer service is AMAZING. Any questions or queries are answered so quickly and professionally. I made the decision to leave after 3 months just solely as I didn’t use the bags but can I say the team have been so helpful and accommodating to me leaving. Couldn’t of been more happier with the services I was provided.

Great experience with Cocoon
Great experience with Cocoon! Access to quality designer bags for a small monthly fee. Excellent customer service and would recommend to friends. Only downside would be that sometimes there are very limited bags available to select from.

A lot of luxury for a little money!
A great way to mix up handbags for those special occasions! I’m on my second bag so far with COCOON. Despite the negative comments, it’s been a pleasure using the service. I have paused my membership, no unexpected payments have been taken & as soon as I unpaused and selected a new bag the billing restarted.
As someone who already owns luxury handbags, it’s a great way to try different styles before investing for your own personal use.
The only thing I think should be specified on their website (if not already) is that they check your credit file beforehand. Which is totally understandable considering the value of the bags!

In terms of mentioning the soft credit check, we are transparent that our approval process includes a soft credit check as well as ID verification, and cover this on our website, in our T&Cs as well as in our FAQs. We also state in our terms that we reserve the right to decline any application at our discretion, without disclosing a reason, and this is ensuring that we are inline with fraud best practice.
As you mentioned, the bags in our collection are high value and oftentimes, rare and limited edition, and at the top end, can be over £3000.
