What incredible service! I emailed customer support on a Sunday afternoon, Monday morning 9.25am I had an answer to my question and a link to the items I wanted to purchase. I duly ordered them on Cobra’s website and on Tuesday morning the goods arrived. Upon their arrival I asked customer support for programming instructions and ten minutes later I had them in PDF format. So from me having a problem on a Sunday it took less than 48hrs including post etc etc to get me going and happy. I do not leave reviews as a rule but I simply had to in this instance. I am blown away by their brilliant friendly service. As you may be able to tell, I am a very happy chap. Thank you CobraCarTech, I look forward to dealing with you again.

sound like good guys. I would recommend them if you have a Mitsubishi with issues on the Cobra alarm.

Ordered a replacement part for 10 year old system, could not get it to work sent them the box and hey presto they fixed is in 24 hour. Brilliant back up system.

There was a couple of problems with the installation but they did sort it out so I am now happy with their service

I had a problem with a Cobra 0158 Parking Sensor System. Phoned and spoke to Michael one of the Sales/Support Team. He was absolutely first class and had excellent product knowledge and experience. Once he listened to the problem I was having he talked me through a few options to try and diagnose the faulty part. Once I had completed this at my end the part required was dispatched and received the next day and after fitting the system is now working again. Great to have a Company that cares about after sales support and they are also very fortunate to have such a capable and professional member of staff.

Buttons had collapsed on my two key fobs. Phoned CobraCarTech with a view to buying two new fobs but was offered two empty fobs to utilise my existing "innards". Was assured that the transfer to the new fobs was a very simple job - and it was! I now have two working alarm fobs at a tiny fraction of the cost of buying new complete fobs. The items arrived the very next day and within 15 minutes of arriving I had virtually two new working alarm fobs. Product excellent - Service superb.

I bought the cobra car tech key fobs on the Saturday. And did not receive until Thursday,
When I got the package open there was no instructions,
And where I had my car there was no 3G, so I could not look online, to fix. Which I had to do the next day.

Really quick and good value

Needed a new key fob, this did the one I needed at a price I was happy to pay, the transaction went smoothly, was well informed and arrived quickly. Can't really ask for more than that.

I called up for a replacement key fob for my ford mondeo and the customer service man on the phone was really helpful, he seemed to know every keyfob design under the sun and helped me select the correct one. It was a fraction of the cost of going to Ford and it arrived the next day with free delivery. The total price was something silly like a fiver! Many thanks guys.
