I have tried relentlessly to make contact using the telephone number 02081234289 and via email using support at cobracartech.co.uk (I had to adapt the mail address as not allowed in the text). The telephone line appears to be dead and there is no response to the email. On the website I also clicked on the 'online support - our team are here to help' and nothing happens as it appears to be 'dead' button on the web page. I had to very simple requests a)to get a PIN code which I had lost for my alarm - I provided the serial number from the siren as it requests on the website and b)I enquired about the possibility of purchasing another battery for the siren - it's now been weeks since the first email was sent, and to date, no response. What do I need to do to get help from Cobra alarms???? My comment on Cobra response - if you are 'just' a retailer, then how do I contact Cobra alarms support?? I understood YOU are Cobra alarms - on your website you very clearly offer to provide alarm PIN codes if they have been lost, and it is this that I need - to quote your website it says 'Use our PIN recovery service to get your Cobra alarm PIN code'. That is all I want to do, so how can I do this if it's impossible to contact you via your email address or telephone number. So in summary, can tell me how I contact Cobra alarms if you are not them or help to provide a PIN as you say you do on your website.

After 10 days of not receiving my order, I emailed enquiring progress. I had previously received an email with po tracking number but not working on post office site.
Received an email same day asking for confirmation of address and a new order was despatched and delivered within 48 hours.
Products as expected so will definitely use this company again.

The website phone number disconnects. Two days to respond to an email, which gave me another phone number, and a different email address. The number has still not been answered. The email has not been answered.
No instructions sent with the new remote key. Just the key. That's it. Unimpressed.

Cannot get a response phone message or email.

I recently lost my Cobra alarm fob and tried to get replacements by going through a local "alarm specialist". All they wanted to do was sting me for a £600 new alarm and were completely unhelpful. I contacted CobraTech and was given excellent advice on how to replace and re-program new fobs. Armed with this advice, I purchased two new fobs from CobraTech (at less than the £85 call out fee for the local "expert") and following clear instruction successfully re-programmed my alarm.
These guys give 1st class advice and are not just in it to rip off the punter. Even if you're not local, I'd make them a first port of call.

Prompt service and quality product with good availability of spare parts avoiding replacement of the complete immobiliser until.

I made a late order online and phoned to see if it could be delivered the next day which was a bank holiday weekend. The guys said they would wait until the order had gone through so they could put it in in the post that night. The item arrived the next day.

Following the placement of my order, I was kept informed of the shipping process and when the Cobra fobs arrived they were exactly as ordered.

I had ordered replacement fob covers from another company, but these were poor copies and did not fit. I would use Cobra car tech every time in future

Fast delivery but bad comunication with the seller and item not as described...afternarket made.
Recently they reported my feedback because they didn't like it and I had to change it...
Feedback should be my opinion not something they like or you don't.

Lovely holder for the drivers card for my Vodafone Car Connect Alarm system - a bit snug but it works - and looks great!

They were the cheapest though any form of customer support via phone calls was non existent. Given my time again would pay more and get accessible customer service. Stuff was delivered etc just struggled to obtain any relevant docs..

Customer Support was great. I didn't have a manual for the Cobra system when I bought the car. CobraCarTech walked me through how to add additional key fobs to my system.

Excellent, no confirmation of order email, but the product arrived within 48 hour. Very good service. Thanks.
