Coastal Prime Ltd Anmeldelser

from the very start who persuaded me to go for this product and the two guys who installed the product were first class i would recommend this company to do business with a big thank you

Quality service
Very friendly and professional service. The Rep explained simply with his findings what need to be done . Did not pressure for any action but left it to me to decide what’s next .
The two members were respectful discreet and friendly .

The initial phone calls were conducted pleasantly and efficiently. The surveyor Duncan Fraser explained everything very clearly and thoroughly and answered all questions in a straight forward manner. And, the installation was completed on schedule and everything swept clean.

Rep arrived on time inspected the loft explained the alternatives and costs. Agreeded the instalation date and cost, explained the process, on day of insulation crew phoned to confirm arrival time, on arrival fitters introduced themselves and explained the process, started insulation and did not stop until completion keeping us informed of there progress, on completion they invited us to inspect and address any problems if any we found (none) instalation crew were polite, curtious, and hard working and made the process as easy as possible. Very pleased with insulation.

Well mannered and helpful, cleared up any mess that was made.

everyone i had contact with was very helpful and polite. they explained what needed to be done in plain english and that helped as to much jargon does my head in. they took photos as they went along and cleared up afterwards. they also took all the stuff out of the loft and put it back,

The installers arrived on time, were very polite and friendly. They discussed with me what they proposed to do and how long it was likely to take. They cleared up any mess as well as hoovered the area. All in all I was very pleased with the installation.,

Surveyor was not brilliant but the crew who carried out the loft insulation were excellent. Our loft access is very restricted and difficult to get into and out of, the two lads who did the installation had no problem and worked continuously from arrival to departure. They were very clean and tidy no mess atall, work completed in approximately four hours. Would highly recommend this company.
An added bonus from our point of view is the upstairs is considerably cooler during heatwave conditions.
All in all a good choice to have loft insulated

Have just The installer were very good but to get a follow up inspection as promised despite emails and phone calls no one was in touch as yet and this was last july. Have just had a visit from jakhylton who inspected the work done in loft and also photos to let me know every thing was OK. It may have taken nearly a year but thank you for putting my mind at ease.

I was impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the surveyor Duncan Fraser and he gave me a true outlook of the company and the product. I assessed his information and it enabled me to make a decision to go with the company product without hesitation.
The crew arrived to install the product and they were courteous and polite completing the work efficiently and without any problems . Well done

I was kept informed about everything that what was happening. The men were very respectful
Left everything clean and tidy.

I used costal prime to remove spray foam from my loft.
They gave me a cost price which was a lot cheaper than other quotes I received, which they kept too.
They removed the spay foam quickly and cleanly.
I also received a follow on phone call making sure everything was okay and was there any problems with the removal of the spay foam.
I would highly recommend Costal Prime in the removal of spray foam from loft spaces.
Thanks
David Harris

Turned up on time. Was polite and cleared up all mess before they left. Very impressed

From initial phone call to fitting the loft insulation went seamlessly. The sales man who came was also a nice person, no hard sell. Lovely fitters, father and son. Fitted insulation in good time. Cleared up with hoover. Photos taken for inspection and the finished product. Would recommend this company.

This was our first experience with Coastal Prime. They have been professional throughout, from their communications with us to the two-man team who came to insulate our loft. It has been a very positive experience.

I was impressed with the men. They were very efficient and very pleasant. They worked quietly and competently and cleared up afterwards.

The surveyor was thorough and showed us photos of the existing insulation, highlighting problems.
The two installers arrived on time and were polite and efficient. They were happy for me to look at their work upon completion and when I queried one specific aspect, they were happy to go and double check that the problem had been resolved.
I await the inspection visit from a surveyor to confirm my feeling that this was a job well done. Everything was left clean and tidy on completion.

A really good job done by professional team. No mess at all and the insulation of the loft was as hoped for. Good job and a good price 😊Highly recommended.

A very efficient team, arrived promptly, worked hard but creating very little mess. Cleared everything up and left taking all their rubbish with them. A delightful and cheery team.

From the surveyor who came out to assess the job we needed doing, we knew we were dealing with a professional company. He came to our house and told us what we already knew, that the spray foam needed removing before it caused too much damage and recommended the multi layer foil insulation.
The removal and insulation team arrived on time and were very polite and helpful. They worked extremely hard and removed countless garbage sacks of foam, we didn’t think it was all going to fit in their vehicle but it did and they left the workspace clean and tidy. They then proceeded to fit the new insulation, which they did very professionally.
We didn’t need to clear all our junk out of the loft, they managed to work around and left the area clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend “Coastal Prime” from the surveyor to the removal and insulation team, everyone were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job for us.
