The firm provided outstanding service. The work was done professionally. All the work was explained clearly. At the end of the day, the work site was fully cleaned, and all equipment was stowed safely. The two workmen were extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with.

A very good investment.
It was very good investment as we will save on heating costs for the house. Our previous fibreglass between the ceiling joists was causing damp in the rafters which Coastal Prime has now treated. This treatment will also make it easier to sell when we downsize.

A company you can trust
I'm very pleased with the work done on my roof to remove the spray foam and replace it with rockwool insulation.
Sebastian and his team worked extremely hard during a severe heatwave, and completed everything in two days. They tidied everything up each day and removed all the mess.
I am also impressed by the paperwork and guarantees that I received before the work was done. Coastal Prime seems to be a very professional company that wants to maintain a reputation for doing excellent work, and for putting any problems right asap. This is very reassuring!

Coastal Prime were outstanding
Coastal Prime were outstanding — a genuinely excellent company to work with. Their staff were helpful, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond for us. The installation team were a great group of guys: polite, quiet throughout the foam‑removal process, and they left our home immaculate after what is normally a very messy job.

The team that did the installation were prompt. Despite the heat, especially in the loft, they cheerfully got on with the job. At the end they cleared up and left the area tidy. All in all, a nice experience. this also applies to Duncan.

Coastal Prime installation
The surveyor was very good and explained the
potential problems we had in the loft with poor insulation having being installed in the 1980,s.
He also explained that this was causing and excess of moisture in the roof timbers which if not addressed would mean a major repair in the future.
He explained the remedy and our options. I opted to use Coastal prime and arrangements were made for the work. The gentlemen who came were efficient and worked hard in very high temperatures .
There was an issue on the second day with their transport which meant they were late arriving through no fault of their own.
They were efficient and cleared up after themselves and took away all of the old insulation which was a messy job. The lead guy was Max who kept me informed of how things were going.
So I am very satisfied with their work. A question I had over a timber treatment is being addressed to ensure that this was also undertaken at the time of the re fit of new insulation material. I would recommend this company if asked.

Excellent work ethic.
Contractor arrived on time, very pleasant and friendly. Got “suited up” and straight on with the job and kept at it until completed.
Very impressed with the work ethic of the contractor, his dedication to the task and the fact he bought in a vacuum and cleaned up after job complete.

Spray foam removal
Removing the spray foam in our loft had been on the list of jobs to do for ages.
The company that installed it no longer exist of course.
The removal took a day and a half as it was done on one of the hottest days of the year. We also opted to have new thermal insulation fitted once the removal was complete. We were originally informed that this would happen on the same day. Maybe due to the heat this didnt happen. A new team came early the next morning ( the previous team had been late due to traffic ) , they were amazing. They finished the removal and installed the new insulation in record time. Very professional.

Well recommended.…
We were very pleased with the recent work carried out in our loft by Colin and Bobby. This was a difficult tiny space to work in but the work was carried out efficiently , to a high standard. The disposal of a huge amount of old foam was well managed and the surrounding area was cleaner than it has ever been!! There was one slight mishap because a recessed light fixture in the ceiling came loose due to pressure from new insulation. We had to get an electrician to reinstall a new light.

Hard working team
The team arrived late due to an incident on the M1. However, I was made aware in a timely manner. When the team arrived, the worked through the day and into the evening to make up time. Returned on day two to complete the work. Again working into the early evening. They cleared up afterwards. Very well done.
