I booked a coach through Coach Rental EU for a day trip out of Zurich. The coach was immaculate and the driver excellent. I would highly recommend this Company.

Tour di 7giorni a Lourdes con un bus eccezionale.. La qualità del bus impiegato era ad dir poco superlativa.
Bagno a bordo wii-fi e un ottimo caffè hanno reso le tante ore di viaggio um vero relax.

traveling with a coach rental bus means relying on an expert company in the bus sector, the bus we rented was 20 seats for a 5 day tour from Madrid and Barcelona. we found comfort and safety with a driver who spoke English correctly and a little Italian. we hope to travel with a coach rental bus in the near future.

Il conducente è stato professionale e cortese, guidandoci in modo sicuro attraverso la città. Il servizio è stato impeccabile dall'inizio alla fine, fornendoci un'esperienza comoda e senza stress. Il noleggio bus con tour da Parigi ad Amsterdam attraverso il Lussemburgo è stata un'esperienza eccezionale. Il viaggio è stato impeccabilmente organizzato, offrendo comfort e convenienza mentre ci portava attraverso alcune delle città più affascinanti d'Europa. Il bus era moderno e confortevole, con sedili reclinabili e spazio sufficiente per rilassarsi durante i trasferimenti. Le guide turistiche erano appassionate e ben informate, arricchendo il nostro viaggio con storie e aneddoti interessanti lungo il percorso. Parigi ci ha catturato con la sua eleganza, Amsterdam con i suoi canali incantevoli e il Lussemburgo con il suo fascino fiabesco. Le soste lungo il percorso sono state ben bilanciate, consentendoci di esplorare i luoghi chiave e assaporare le prelibatezze locali. Thus busdrivers were very professional and took us to the right place at the right time. Communication could be better sometimes but overall great experience with them!

The driver sent by this company was:
– not knowing the routes we sent to you, – not prepared to provide services in tourism, – not able to use Google maps navigation, – not prepared to use correct navigation for buses, – non-communicative and not asking any questions when something was incomprehensible to him, – does not speak German and speaks very little English, – unprofessional: does not answer calls from the group's pilot, does not accept comments and has no knowledge and experience in the tourism sector, – rude and very arrogant, – accepting no information while driving and driving the bus.
The group waited 90 minutes for the bus, driver was not answering. We had to change plans because he was totally non-realiable. The company refused any compensation, rejected the complaint. We are going to the court.

Cancelled bus just a few days beforehand with no offer to provide an alternative and no offer of compensation, after I insisted they come up with a solution they proposed another vehicle at twice the price of the original booking (still not offering to compensate for the first cancelled vehicle). Very unprofessional communication. I am demanding a refund and simply not getting answers to my emails. Do not recommend

UPDATE 15.06: I have now received an answer saying an accountant and legal department is looking into the case, though with no timeframe.

I was subjected to a fraud by the company in confirming an appointment reservation, and the reservation was canceled, and the amount paid was not refunded, and the company is being pursued legally

El servicio fue muy malo en primer lugar el servicio contratado era para 20 personas y no entraban 18 personas en el buss y culpa de no haber cumplido los horarios pactados nos hizo perder el tren de Paris a Roma con una actitud totalmente irresponsable , no lo recomiendo.

Reviewing the damage your company caused us I can't believe how indifferent your attitude has been!
Can you imagine a teacher and 18 students all alone at the train station because you made us miss the train to Milano and Rome? And you saying that the driver had arrived on time?
Anyway, we never, NEVER, really trust you even before we paid for that disastrous service.
The bus was absolutely nasty, stinky and dirty
The driver, a disgusting, irresponsible lier. He arrived too late.
We lost a lot of money, but we can't fight against unscrupulous people.
All we can do is to scratch your service.

Did not meet the terms of our contract. They confirmed service upon booking, and then 1 day before service said that I had to provide shuttles to meet the tour bus at a more Accessible location. They expected me to pay for the shuttles, for 30 people. I had reached out the manager several weeks prior to and nothing was done to ensure service. They refused to refund my money and did not deliver on the contract. They even told me that I should know what the conditions of the road, when I am booking from the USA, for a location in Spain. And they are way overpriced. Try a local company. It will save you 2/3 of the cost they charged me. Terrible customer service.
