STAY AWAY We almost missed our wedding! Terrible experience and no communication

Terrible experience with OsaBus in Copenhagen. We booked them a few months ago to take us and our family to our wedding, we confirmed all the dates and times with them when we booked, and then again the day before. They confirmed they knew it was for a wedding and they'd told the driver he could not be late. We got their details and gave them our details in case of problems.

On the wedding day we get ready, go outside the hotel and... nothing. No driver, no communication. We call the number we have but it was for the person who was helping us with the booking who was in Latvia and didn't know anything, not the driver. We called the number on their website but got a call centre who asked us which country we were calling from. Everyone promised to call us back, but no one ever did. We called an Uber but kept calling the taxi company, the driver was 2 minutes away, then 6 minutes away, there was an accident, sorry, they told us to cancel the Uber, he's almost there, etc etc. He finally turned up 20 minutes after the time we had set, and said that he'd been waiting at the wrong hotel. So it seems like what they told us about an accident was a complete lie, AND they'd given the driver the wrong address. At no point did anyone try to call us, we always had to call them. In the meantime we had us and all our family waiting outside, ready to go to a wedding and worried that we'd miss it.

I emailed them with a complaint and asked for a partial refund but I have heard exactly nothing back. Terrible terrible experience, STAY AWAY

Reliable company with very fast support

We needed a bus transfer and they were the fastest replying company. Not only that, they provide ongoing support. Something that as a company makes us anxious is when we don’t know if the driver has received our information, and Osabus was helping us, super quickly, and solved any potential problem.

Completely recommended!

In all my years of travel, I had the worst travel experience with Osabus.

One star is too generous.
I, Dennis Sherwood, contacted Osa Travel to arrange 4 separate transfers for a group of 28 in Italy from 17-05-2024 to 28-05-2024, beginning upon our arrival at the Naples Italy airport on 18-05-2024.
A deposit was sent on 06-10-2023 and was acknowledged by Osa Travel,
"DEPOSIT RECEIVED FOR CONTRACTED SERVICES FOR FOUR COACH TRANSFERS
Amount: €900,00
Date: 2023-10-06
Invoice number: # INV-2023/004157"
The final payment was sent on 22-04-2024, and was acknowledged by Osa Travel,
"FINAL PAYMENT RECEIVED FOR CONTRACTED SERVICES FOR FOUR COACH TRANSFERS
Amount: €3.194,60
Date: 2024-04-22
Invoice number: # OTM-2023/000187"
Our group began our trip on 17 May 2024 as planned, departing from the USA to arrive in Naples Italy, 18 May, connecting through Paris. Numerous emails were sent to Osa Travel demanding information and how we were to be greeted at the Naples airport, that went unanswered. Upon our arrival at our Paris connection, there was no further notification on meeting our bus. I immediately sent another email to Evita Silina, DEMANDING to get information for our arrival in Naples. I was getting very desperate, having not received any information on the 3 hour transfer for our group of 28. It was not until minutes before boarding our flight to Naples, that I received this,
" Dear Dennis,
We have a really unpleasant situation, as the partner company with whom we made the booking for you, canceled the service on us due technical issues. Due the high demand they cannot provide another bus for your service. I understand this is horrible situation as they let me know last minute.
My apologies for this situation but we will refund your money to your card.

This contract was initiated over 7 months prior to our group departure. One month prior, to our departure, we were invoiced, and we made the final payment. They were very bold to have asked for the final payment when they did not have plans finalized for our trip.
I was not interested in their excuses as they left our group of 28 stranded upon our arrival at the Naples airport with no arrangements for our transfer to that day's destination 3 hours away.
After 2 hours of the group waiting, we located 3 taxi drivers, each with an 8 passenger van. The 28 of us, and our luggage, were stuffed in these vans for our 3 hour transfer. The cost for this last minute taxi service was 2400€ The cost to my client for the total land transfers, due to last minute desperation, was more than double the original contract with Osa Travel.
Osa Travel has not fully refunded my client's money. Numerous emails, demanding the refund to Osa Travel over the weeks since they failed their contract on 18-05-2024 have gone answered.
This is disgusting treatment of a customer by Osa Travel and must they be held accountable, including a penalty to compensate my client for their loss.
Last contact with Osabus was on 7/17/2024 demanding a full refund.
