CoVet has transformed how I practice. Instead of reserving a portion of my brain power to remembering the details of my conversation with a client and keeping a mental "to do" list of what I indicated I would do for follow up I can be 100% present in the interaction and make it more personal and conversational knowing that the important details will be captured and summarized. I feel like I am able to focus on building a relationship with my clients not only by the relaxed nature of the conversation, but the trust built with the follow through having tangible reminders of what I promised as follow up after the visit.

I really like the greater detail in my medical charts, and the editing experience is very easy and straight forward. Best support I have ever had with any technology in veterinary medicine.
However, the dialogue regularly skips comments of abnormalities, such as obesity or heart murmurs, as well as educational discussions with the clients.

I absolutely love this product. Completely customizable and the Ai agent that helps with the customization is fantastic. The more I use it, the more I think of ways to use it more. I don't know what they do differently, but the accuracy is far better than the previous two Ai services I have tried.

Promptly responsive, extremely user friendly, significant improvement in details of medical records, I'm not really sure how we did practice prior to covet!

I can't rave enough about this platform. Yes, it has changed the game with the appointment workflow, but it does SO MUCH MORE with their templates to help with management as well saving me hours. Our leads use if for weekly/monthly one-on-ones, we use if for performance reviews, staff meetings, zoom meetings, CE webinars, phone calls, etc. to easily email the summary and make sure everyone is in the loop with expectations.

This software has made my day so much easier and faster. My notes have improved so much. We just finished the trial and I’m so excited to keep using it

I recently started using Covet and it’s dramatically decreased the amount of time I spend writing records. It’s also helped summarize difficult conversations and histories taken from owners.

The support is prompt. Multiple updates of the platform in a month gets a bit tired. I have noted some updates a bit glitchy - i.e. dropped transcripts and randomly going into offline mode, other updates seem to work trouble free.

CoVet has drastically improved my workflow and reduced record-keeping time by approximately 1.5hours per week. There is a learning curve but the more I use it the better it performs. The new features added continue to add value.

I’ve been waiting to be able to just talk my exam and then have it transcribed. The sophistication with which this AI works is incredible. It has made my life so much easier doing files. I can just do client after client and then at the end, read the files with a cup of tea and copy them into the main file.

Frequent updates and lots of online guides. Feedback response is quick, however some issues have yet to be resolved and follow-up is sometimes delayed.

This app makes your day flow so much easier. Easy to use for both large and small animal consult. The generation speed of clinical records is so fast. I have tested a lot of other AI note writing apps and this is a whole other level. I can see the value in this app, it saves you so much time every day. Even if its an after hours consult or at the end of a busy consult day, you walk out with your clinical notes done.
