I had issues with my RDB PCC not ejecting properly. I changed and upgraded parts but it would still not cycle reliably. CMMG designed an upper with a fixed ejector and offered it to me at half the normal retail price.
I purchased it and it now runs 100%.

The whole experience has been great from the product to the customer service for any questions that I may have.

Received another very high quality product. These guys knocked out out of the park. Will be purchasing more in the future.

The PCC is amazing. Makes it easy to go through boxes of ammo easy. Thinking about a suppressor.

I've ordered the product and I've heard virtually nothing from the company since then. I checked on the order a couple days ago and it says it's still being processed.

First and foremost a quality product sells itself. The experience and interaction with staff add to the quality and total commitment to excellence. Then the people who actually build and design the products you can see it in the workmanship and the warranty they offer because if your product and excuse me sucks it just doesn't matter.

Even though we could not find the order, Chris helped me out after it turned out what I bought wasn't what I thought I was getting. I got a Zeroed 7,62x39 Dissent and after I got a Zeroed can for it, I found out it was a 14.3" pined and welded with a different MB which would not work. I was not happy. Chris and I went back and forth about things. I am now waiting on a new 16" barrel, gas block, gas tube, B-dapter, correct ? MB, shims, and something else which I'm paying for because I screwed up my first order. I will say it does not help when CMMG uses Zeroed for 2 different gens of items......

With the aw ban in VA approaching i placed my order and less the a week it was shipped. Great customer service.

I purchased a dissent upper and one of the guide rods broke while using it on the first day. I sent an email explaining what happened and ordered a replacement. Customer representative reached out to me and said they will cancel my order and replace the rods for free. CMMG really do care about their consumers! I will highly recommend them and I will be back for more! Thank you CMMG!

I ordered the bolt weight tuning kit a week ago. It's still awaiting fulfillment. You want me to rate my experience a week after my purchase but you haven't even shipped it to me yet. Well ok, you asked for it, so here is my opinion. Your shipping could be a touch faster in my opinion.
